Located inside the Mall of the Emirates, the complex has a handful of ski runs, with varying degrees of difficulty, perfect for skiers and snowboarders. Other activities included building a snowman and tobogganing, great for those who simply want to play in the snow.

Pickup only provided for service booked with SIC or Private transfers, no transfer service is provided if only ticket is booked Be ready at hotel lobby min 45 - 60 min prior as we will schedule pickups as per hotels. For any pickup outside Bur Dubai / Deira, extra charges will apply. For pick up from Dubai Airport Terminal 1/2/3, extra charges will apply. You may arrive at the nearby hotel/location by yourself. Kindly contact us after booking to know the exact location.

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • For safety reasons, children under 3 years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
  • Adult pricing applies to all guests whose age is 3 or more for this experience.
  • Skiers/snowboarders between the ages of 3-8 years can only enter the slope with adult supervision.
  • Skiers/snowboarders between the ages of 9 - 12 years can enter the slope if the guardian is present within Mall of the Emirates premises
  • Skiers/snowboarders below 21 years old must submit the waiver form signed by their guardian to enter the slope
  • Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women or those with back and neck problems
  • Right from the winter jacket in multiple sizes (S to 4XL) to gloves, helmets, and boots, everything would be provided just outside the park
  • Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The skiing is nice. The clothes that they provide are sufficient to keep you warm except the gloves. 2 hour is enough skiing just make sure you buy the park and slope package.

En fait l’activité vendue est très mal expliquée par Viator !!!!! Nous avions ski Classic qui ne donne absolument pas droit à faire du ski !!! Mais des activités annexes: luge bobsleigh etc… qu’elle déception pour nos ados qui ne voulaient que skier! Heureusement que nous avons pu rajouter le ski à leurs billets… en fait il y a beaucoup plus de choix à prendre le billet sur place et comme il faut faire la queue au guichet pour échanger le voucher cela n’a pas d’intérêt de le prendre avant et permet d’éviter les mauvaises surprises et de payer pour des choses qui ne nous intéressent pas. Sinon le ski est top! Tout était décoré pour Noël et tout le matériel est fourni ,gants et chaussettes inclus!! Ils ont adoré !!!!!
