A dromadery tour not a camel tour ( bractrian camel: 2 bumps)

The person to pick up us showed up approximately 20 minutes late... when I got there it was actually a dromadery ( because there is no 2 humps camels in Africa) not as I expected... the beach was full of garbage ... the view on kite surfing and the beach was beautiful though... the guide was calm and polite... we got about a 2 hours ride... and on prime there was a baby dromadery that my kid could pet... that was nice... but don't book this tour thinking of the 2 bumps camel... it is a dromadery tour... otherwise you might do 2 dromadery tours...I was disappointed because of that... if not a bit upset... but what can I do ... apparently a dromadery can also be call an Arabian camel... I mean you might like the tour if it is that what you are expecting... but having said that I did another tour of dromadery...that I recommend more... the guide from the diabat ranch explained a lot about land point and dromaderies... took great picture with good lighting... I prefered the diabat ranch tour and they were on time and a nice ranch to see the horses as well... and mostly I got for the other tour exactly what I expected.. and an hour with a kid is perfect... that is my opinion only... up to you to make yours

Hi, As already explained to you, the word "camel" is used in English for both dromedary and camel. In the dictionaries, the definition is as follows; "a large, long-necked ungulate mammal of arid country, with long slender legs, broad cushioned feet, and either one or two humps on the back". In Africa, camels only have 1 hump while in Asia they have 2 humps. So don't expect to see any 2-hump camels in Morocco, because there aren't any... You have seen all our pictures before to book and we only show 1-hump animals.

What a magical experience! Our morning camel ride through the dunes and on the beach was calming and relaxing. The camels were so gentle. Our guide was kind, funny and took great photos and videos for us! Very, very cool experience. Easy hotel pick-up and drop-off was awesome too!

Amazing! I was so impressed with this tour! It was gorgeous and the camels are treated so well. Loved riding the camels along the beach and the guide took lots of pictures for us during the trek. It took us past the ruins of an old Sultan's palace. and it was just so fun. The kids loved it!

30 min de retard… il a fallu que j appelle plusieurs fois pour que l’on vienne nous récupérer en expliquant que l accès à notre hôtel était impossible… 2h de balade c’était trop pour nous . Nous avons écouté de 1h à ma demande car avec les 40 min … nous allions être en retard à notre prochaine activité. Voilà, la balade est sympa le long de la plage cependant malgré le monde.

Bonjour, La balade ayant été écourtée, nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de vous expliquer la raison de ce retard comme nous souhaitions le faire après la balade. Nous avions 2 réservations pour la même activité dans votre hôtel (l'autre prévue 1h plus tard) et lorsque le guide est venu vous chercher, il a trouvé les autres clients à la réception qui étaient en avance et il a cru qu'il s'agissait de vous... Je suis désolée que vous ayez dû attendre, cela est vraiment exceptionnel de notre part.
