Amazing tour! João was an excellent guide, and very helpful throughout the day. The walk to the falls is wonderful, so many photo opportunities, and the brindle out over the falls is incredible! Highly recommend this tour, I have complaints.

Our guide, Joao, was energetic, enthusiastic and helpful throughout the 8 hours, weaving between languages fluidly.
We enjoyed all the events of the day which ended with the excitement of the boat ride.
It was also a pleasure chatting and laughing with a very nice group of fellow passengers.
The only downside to the day was some extended stand and wait times between different parts of the trip (especially in areas where the bugs were biting). Perhaps a tighter schedule with less downtime between excursions? Any lineups moved smoothly.
The start to the day was also delayed due to a marathon on the same morning but that worked in our favour as we then had the option to fill in time with a visit to the Parque des Aves. A very big bonus!

Helpful MMC drivers. Very organised, explained what to do, where to go. Falls are amazing and Manuco safari & boatride was fab. MMC drivers also sorted us a taxi back over boarder from Brazil to hotel in Argentina 🙏🥰

On the day of our scheduled tour, we were not picked up. The phone number of the tour company was busy for two hours. Neither our hotel nor Viator was able to contact the tour operator until two hours after the scheduled pick-up. The tour operator said "we were not in their computer database." Viator had confirmed our tour arrangements just days before our trip. Fortunately, we were able to reschedule the tour on the day we were supposed go to the airport. No apology for the miscommunication from the tour operator.
This was not a tour. We had a driver that picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. We did not see him at the site. No guiding. Just a time to meet for the return. The guide/driver spent 8 minutes reviewing the location map with the Brizilian couple (Portugese) and one minute with us in English.
The Falls are spectacular, not to be missed. But it was a lot of money for just a driver.

It was a wonderful way to see the falls. The tour proactively reached out to confirm the pickup time and location. The morning of the tour guide was waiting for me in the hotel lobby. Once we got to the Park everything was hassle-free as all the tickets were taken care of. A great experience to see the fall without worrying about what to do and when. One tip though is to make sure you bring a change of clothes for the boat tour because it is a great experience but you will get wet... very wet.

The Macuco jungle/boat tour was awesome! The travel company Viator/C2Rio Tours & Travel was terrible. We bought the tour online through Viator before. We had a verified time to be picked up at our hotel in Foz. The morning of the tour THEY verified everything with us again. We waited in the hotel lobby for two hours! When we messaged them they said they were coming but late. When they didn’t show up we messaged again and they said they had no record of our reservation! I think they forgot to pick us up the tried to cover their backsides. We then bought the tour through the hotel for half as much, drove there ourselves, and had a blast! Macuco did great! Viator/C2Rio very poor service.

O passeio foi incrivel! Fizemos o passeio às cataratas brasileiras e o macuco safari. Foi tudo bem organizado, porém fomos informados que um guia da agência iríamos nos buscar no final do passeio do macuco, o que não aconteceu no horário informado. Tivemos que pegar um taxi particylar para retornar ao nosso hotel.

eccezionali e il giro in gommone finale una vera forza! Consiglio un cambio d'abiti per quando si è terminato il tour e ciabatte di gomma perché ci si bagna completamente
