- The Macuco tour itself, takes about an hour and twenty minutes. After that you are free to explore the park on your own before being taken back to the hotel.
- It is necessary to bring along your passport and pay close attention to visa restrictions. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.
- If you are being picked up in Puerto Iguazu to cross to Brazil, you will need to pay a fee for an Eco touristic tax in Puerto Iguazu.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

João Pedro was awesome! His English was very strong and we had no trouble communicating with him. He did an awesome job of giving us space and time to explore on our own while remaining at hand and attentive. His service was above and beyond. I was recovering from a cold and he was very patient with me. He also went above and beyond to book us dinner at a restaurant we had been trying to get into but weren’t sure how to. He also had the park ranger stamp our passports. The falls, the helicopter ride, and the. Oat ride were amazing but Joao Pedro make the experience one-of-a-kind!!! Would highly recommend this tour and Joao Pedro!!!

The Brazilian side has lots of awesome views, the helicopter ride was very scenic, everybody had a window seat, was able to bet some good photos, the Safari was nice lots of different birds to see, the boat ride was by far the best, it was a blast, and they drove into the Falls and got everyone soaking wet, it was so much fun, Mauricio was a great tour guide., He was very attentive and explained everything that was going on and the order we were going to do things he was very accommodating did not rush us, He pretty much walked us through everything we needed to do and was super helpful

Had a wonderful day with our guide Eleni who was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and enjoyable at all times. The falls from the Brazilian side are beyond gorgeous. The helicopter ride, river boat ride and bird park made great memories.

Amazing helicopter flight with a great view, a beautiful bird park and a super fun boat trip to / under the waterfalls! Plus our personal driver / guide was excellent and took care of everything!

Gray Line Brazil is the best! They took care of me during my tour of the Brazil side of the falls. After my tour of the Argentina side booked with C2Rio was cancelled, I called Gray Line and they went out of their way to give me a private tour of the Argentina side. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and take care of everything! I highly recommend them for any tour they offer!

Good way to see as much as possible of the falls if you have just one day. Bring a full Set of changing cloths - the boat experience in the end is really wet :o)

I was led to believe this was an English tour. It was all Portuguese. The hike is worthless and a big waste of time. So is the journey through the trails. You don't see any wildlife. And the hordes of people have destroyed most all of the natural aspect. The boat tour under the falls is cool. The bird park is nice. I love nature. But I had to skip the picture with the macau to do my helicopter ride. Turns out, they wouldn't let me do it, because they only fly groups of three. Even though they flew with two while I was standing there. My guide couldn't handle the situation. I had already paid for the whole thing. This whole tour is just a cluster of disorganized junk.
They don't pick up from Argentinian hotels, so you have to buy a taxi ride to meet them. They tell you a time to meet, but it is in the wrong time zone. The big perk is that you skip the long lines at the Brazil border.... but then they leave you at some tourist trap souvenir shop with rocks for 45 minutes.
