A really great experience for our entire family. We saw 3-4 fin whales, loads of dolphins, and tuna leaping from the waves. The boat was very clean, modern and comfortable, felt very safe and wasn’t too crowded compared to some of the other whale watching boats we saw. The staff were also knowledgeable about the whales and kept a respectful distance to not stress them out. Really nice snacks throughout the journey too. A really great day!

A really great experience for our entire family. We saw 3-4 fin whales, loads of dolphins, and tuna leaping from the waves. The boat was very clean, modern and comfortable, felt very safe and wasn’t too crowded compared to some of the other whale watching boats we saw. The staff were also knowledgeable about the whales and kept a respectful distance to not stress them out. Really nice snacks throughout the journey too. A really great day!

We saw whales and 2 kinds of dolphin. The anchoring was fun, we jumped into the sea and had fun. We were given breakfast and later some snacks.

What a great tour! We did not see any whales but we did see 2 types of dolphins and enjoyed the boat ride. They provide breakfast and snacks and beverages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The boat was in great shape and compared to other tour boats we saw, way less cramped with people. This is the tour to book in Mirissa!

Well, that’s a smart concept what the guys of WWC had: even you wouldn’t see whales, you will be happier than with other tours… breakfast, snacks and even a swimming stop makes this trip to something good different! We saw a lot of dolphins and pilot whales, unfortunately no other whales, but the guys tried their best!

We saw loads and loads of dolphins and turtles mating! It was an exciting trip and the staff were excellent. Loved it!

Having been the first boat out of the harbour, within an hour we were in the midst of a large pod of false killer whales on a hunt. The excitement Manoj showed on sighting this rarer species says all about his enthusiasm for the job. Another hour further out and we had Risso’s Dolphins swimming around the boat. On both instances, we kept a respectful distance from the creatures and had plenty of time to see them in their natural environment.
The WWC boat is newer, cleaner and less crowded than others, with ample space to move around for viewing activities in the water all around the boat. We were served a sandwich and a fruit bowl for breakfast and a roti snack later. A 15 minute open sea swim was offered near the end of the trip.
While weather and chance are factors in whale watching, this tour was the best of 3 I have been on across countries. WWC have got it right in their boat, spotting expertise and service. The icing on the cake was when Manoj declined a tip from a happy guest for the successful sighting; an uncommon mark of professionalism. Well done WWC!

Staff were kind and helpful, staff took time to explain what we had seen. Food and drinks were provided. The boat was comfortable and not crowded.

It was a wonderful tour. I chose from many companies, and I chose the best one. The ship's team works hard for each customer. I strongly recommend it. We even managed to see whales. The dolphins were amazing and there were so many dolphins. Greetings from Lithuania:)

We had a really good time with WWC. The boat is nice big and clean, and much smaller group compared to other boats. Breakfast snacks and drinks are included too. The crew are very nice and considerate, and they tried very hard to chase the whales and dolphins. Definitely 5 star experience.

The trip was well organised and the crew were very friendly. There was plenty of food available. Surprised the sick tablets were handed out with not long before travel. It might be useful if folk were advised to take these themselves an hour before. The sea was fairly bouncy and quite a few of the passengers were sick including my partner although she has no sea legs! The toilet was small and stuffy so probably not the place to be when feeling rough. All in all though, I enjoyed the trip. Disappointed with the one fin whale glimpse, several dolphin and 2 sea turtles but I have fished many times and experienced worse outcomes! Nice option given for a sea swim at the end. Selling staff tee shirts would add to the experience greatly
