Phil and Sean were the most amazing guides! They had great insight and knowledge of all the towns we passed through, and were happy to answer any questions that came up. The Cliffs were absolutely incredible to see from the sea and the three hours in the Aran islands was an incredible experience. This tour was the highlight of both our Ireland and Scotland trip! Don’t think twice about booking this, you won’t be disappointed!

I was a bit skeptical of covering so much ground in one day but it turned out to be a lovely experienc, , made all the more delightful by our guide Phil, whose knowledge of Irish history music and culture was evident throughout. His love of his subject was infectious and he naturally connected with people in the group to make it lively and fun.

This was a great experience. We highly recommend. The team went the extra mile to find us when we were at the wrong bus. The Aran islands are beautiful and historic. Phil was engaged and friendly. The seas were rough, but that is what the sea does and Phil did what he could to take care of everyone. If you know you are prone to sea sickness, please bring something to treat you seasickness. An amazing day for us, we would do again.

It was great to have a smaller group and we all loved the Aran Islands and that we had time there and the Cliffs of Mohr were spectacular luckily we had a beautiful clear day. The tour guide Phil was great and was really knowledgeable and liked his stories!

I've seen the Cliffs from above many times and it was nice to see from another angle. I typically get sea sick but not an issue there. The ride over was short enough not to be a problem. Our Guide, Phil, and driver, Niles, were wonderful. We were picked up on time just a few doors from our B&B that morning and were given an informative drive of Galway and surrounding area on the way to getting our boat. Phil always made sure all were present and acounted for. We had a quick lunch, I had the seafood chowder, very nice, and then those of us who wanted the horse and buggy ride were picked up and given a ride past the ship wreck and saw the castle on the hill. Our driver, Oliver, Was considerate of his horse and even had two of the gents step off for a bit going up a steep hill. Nice! the Cliffs from below are so different, lots of info and a pause for some pics. Dropped off in Galway in time to find some dinner. Overall a great day.

Seeing the Cliffs of Moher from the water gives you an entirely different perspective. The tour was wonderful, allowing you to see so much of Ireland in just one day! I would highly recommend it.

Do this one first! First, Phil and Seamus were just the best. You know yourself when you're looking for a mate to show you the best time. Phil didn't leave us to flander around. He was with us, throughout to show the 'off the beaten path' treats and highlight the cliffs, islands, and connemara all in the same day. Phil told stories, Short, Irish fun tales of lore and life in ireland. Most enjoyable to pass time on a stretch of highway. The cliffs are remarkable and the boat ride is it's own thrill. Get a seat on left. May get wet up front. Consider if you're prone to seasickness. The O'Brien castle provides the best landscape pics. Inisheer is a perfect example of Irish life and we were happy to spend time in the pub and walk up to the old castle. Great tour for our limited time.

There’s a lot packed into this tour but it’s a great day out. The guides are excellent, the bus is comfortable (although a fair chunk of the day is spent on various third-party ferries), and the small group is great not being packed like sardines onto a large bus. Pro-tip for the Cliffs of Moher ferry - if you don’t mind standing with a rail to lean against for an hour or so the best views are upstairs from the right side of the boat in front of or behind the seating area. The boat heads down to the far end of the cliffs then 180s and heads back to Doolin, everyone will clammer to the left hand side for the first pass but the second pass where the views are on the right is slower and closer in.
