We pick you up at your hotel reception. We will contact you the day before the flight and inform you about your pick-up time from the hotel. And in pick-up to reach you more easily, we request a room number from you. If your hotel is not listed, please contact us 1 day in advance and tell us your hotel name.

Experience with hot balloon by viator was very disappointing. We wanted to experience most beautiful view when all balloons are in the air at the sun rise. Instead, the hot balloon provisioned by viator was late and they were not with all hot balloons where they were up in the air simultaneously. I did not have the experience what I have expected.

This particular reservation was for a location 25 km from Goreme and essentially a lone ballon in an isolated location not part of the 106 ballon spectacle we had expected based on the photos. In the end weather conditions prevented the ride and after an hour sitting in the van they brought us back to the hotel never communicating with us what was going on. The 106 balloons near Goreme were allowed to fly that day and the van driver stopped to allow pictures. We independently booked with Butterfly Balloons the following day and had an awesome and highly recommended experience as part of the amazing spectacle of 106 balloons. There are four balloon flight areas within larger Cappadocia region - be sure to book a Goreme trip.

Saved our Cappadocia trip, however the ride was very short

We were very lucky to book this hot air balloon ride since all rides were cancelled in Göreme due to bad weather. This ride is in Cat valley, which is very similar to Cappadocia, roughly 30 minutes away. The most disappointing part was that the ride was less than 40 minutes, especially paying for such a price to ride. The basket took off at 6:37AM and landed at 7:10AM. We were told the ride was 55 minutes, unless they count you standing inside the basket waiting is part of the ride then it was definitely not 55 minutes. I would recommend to ride within Göreme if you can but if you can't, this would be the best second option.

We are very disappointed only because our flight was very far from hundreds of other balloons. This should have been clearly described. Other than that, the pilot and crews were very friendly and well organized. The flight lasted about 40 minutes. A little shorter than I hoped.

Not in Goreme, 20-30min drive outside so you dont get the classic cappedocia hot air balloon experience

Hello, Please make sure to check all the details before making a reservation. Because in our product description it is clearly written that the flight is in the valley of the roof. It is not correct to give 2 stars because of your mistake, we demand a fairer evaluation. In addition, it is not the right behavior to join the tour and participate in the balloon flight and create a refund request. Regards.
