My husband and I carved out 4 hours for this audio tour, but the app failed to open. Customer service put us in a loop with other 'outsourced' agents, and we never got the app to work. at one point, the agent asked us to go inside out pick up point and reach out to them...the Blue Ridge agents had no idea what we were talking about, apparently, the Viator folks didn't know either.

The narrator has a great sense of humor, was very easy to understand, and the information was very interesting. My only problem may have been with my own phone and car audio system as sometimes I could see something was playing but I couldn't hear anything. Otherwise we enjoyed the audio tour.

I downloaded the app and try to use it and it didn't work. I couldn't contact anyone since there is no signal when you are in mountains.

Wow! This app works as advertised. The experience was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a great experience navigating the Blue Ridge Parkway with a onboard guide. Great timely information with nice Indian based music. It resulted in a fabulous site seeing tour at our pace. Definitely make sure you download the app in advance and active "offline" mode. For the price it's an incredible value resulting in a wonderful experience.

Worth every penny. It was like having a tour guide in the car explaining everything I was driving by, with historical details and local music as well. There were suggestions on where to stop, explanations on where to park for suggested hikes, etc. Made the drive a million times better.

I enjoyed the tour part learning about the history of the Blue Ridge Mountains. But we didn't get to see anything because each spot was covered in clouds. Weather was bad that day.

Awesome addition to the drive! *follow instructions and download the app prior to your trip - there is no cell crevice in the mountains.* Over 50 tidbits of information for overlooks and while driving. Really brought the history of the region to life for us. Our rental car had GPS so we plugged our phone in and could see the driving rout through the monitor and hear the audio through the car speakers. Highly recommend adding this to your trip.
