Driver failed to pick a group of 4 up for return to airport. Paid in advance and had to pay two taxis yo get us yo airport. . enrolled in global
calling for fee and not able to reach provider through phone or email for days. Will request refund.
According to resident on site at pickup location driver did show up finally 75 mins late . if we did not take taxi would have missed flight.

This was a fabulous way to get from the airport to San Miguel de Allende. Our driver, Fabricio was so nice and very knowledgeable about the area. Easy communication before arriving so we knew where to meet him at the airport.

Driver who picked us up was great and waited on us as our flight was delayed.
Driver on return trip was 20 minutes late which causes us some anxiety about missing our flight but in the end we had plenty of time and he was a very nice driver.

We were told the driver would speak English, he did not. He did wait for us as we were 3 hours delayed but not having an English driver, driving at night one hour was a little unsettling.
