Karla was a great guide, with an impressive level of English and great perspective, given she is a Fine Arts student at the local university!
I think the name of this tour is a bit misleading; there isn’t really much about Frida Kahlo. Rivera, however, gets much attention in his childhood home (the museum). We also walked through a couple churches and learned more about the University of Guanajuato. Very good tour.

Along with visiting the museum, our guide showed us two nearby churches showing the difference between the rich and poor churches. As we were walking to the museum our guide showed us many historical buildings and features along the way. During the museum tour, our guide had books to show us additional elements to Diego's life which added to the experience. It's worth paying for the tour than just going to the museum. You will miss out on the nuances of Diego and his life if you just go to the museum on your own.
