Pickup details

The rate is for one way per large SUV car, the rate includes airport parking, toll way, and tax. The gratuity to the chauffeur is not included. The large SUV car is fit for up to 6 adults, 4 check-in suitcases, and 3 carry-on bags. If the pick-up from IAH Airport our chauffeurs meet the travelers inside the arrival terminal hall with a welcome sign that includes the lead traveler's name. We also connect with travelers by text message or WhatsApp/email for international travelers. We are trying our best to provide you with smooth and comfortable service. So, we will need the arrival flight airline and flight number if the pick-up is from IAH Airport, also we need the lead travel name, cellphone number, email address, and travel agent's email address if any.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
