Rob was an amazing your guide. We had the absolute best time!! It's so refreshing seeing the Hunter valley in a relaxed slower pace. The horses were absolutely gorgeous and being in the carriage looking over the scenery as it slowly passed us by really makes you reflect on times past and the grandeur of everything around us. We even made some friends along the way. Will definitely be coming back xx A+

• Informative wine education by Tamburlain winery. • We like the cheese & chocolate tasting • would had assigned 5-stars if not because tour lead called me twice even though it was not yet the indicated meet up time of 1:30pm. Started getting call that the group are already waiting for me around 1:15pm!

Our horse and cart driver was very good. A truly relaxing experience. Unfortunately the second winery let us taste so many wines we didn't have time for the second winery. The cheese and chocolate tasting was disappointing. Only two cheeses and a bit of chocolate. But the overall experience was great.

Great morning at Pokolbin

We arrived at the meet area and our carriage was already waiting and ready to go. We were greeted by a handsome local called Liam and he introduced us to Banjo and Max (horses). We went to Pokolbin Estate, Tamburlaine and McGuigan. All 3 wine tasting has their unique set of experience but we really enjoyed our time at Pokolbin Estate. The wines there are slightly different than what you would find at other estates and they don't overwhelm you with choices. All their wines are good and reasonably priced. Liam gave us a bit of history of the estates and throughout the tour, he was very pleasant and ready to 'customise' the tour to our likings. The ride itself can be a bit rocky but apart from that, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended activity while you're in the Hunter Valley.

The wine tastings at the various wineries was such a beautiful and educative experience, touring the wineries In huntervalley with the horse ride was amazing, gives you first hand view of the locals. My family and I enjoyed the varieties of wine. The horse riding was spectacular, the tour guide was pleasant.
