1) Extremely friendly team - Grayson, Byron from Helicopter Kim and Chelsea from Adina Cellar Door and Kelly from Emerson Restaurant at Adina Vineyard and Olive Grove 2) Exceptional food with great service and very generous portions for the 3-course meal; The Chef deserves all the accolades 3) Great wine and olive tasting experience 4) Excellent explanation during chopper ride about the hunter valley region, geography and landmarks 5) Ample time to explore the winery.
