      Great experience, had guest safety as priority and took us to locations with less swell and jellyfish!

      The water was amazing. We were able to cliff jump and snorkel. The food and drinks were great. However, there were not enough paddle boards and some were not inflated enough to use well. We also didn’t go to the beach areas that were advertised so that was disappointing. I believe this was because of the weather.

      Viator needs to let people know that this excursion is no where near the port where cruise ships come in, and that there are no cabs to the excursion, making it impossible to get to. We missed it because they failed to provide that information. I have no information on the actual excursion.

      Im very sorry you couldn't arrive to your trip, sometimes traffic collapse and its dificult to find a cab in hi season. I allways provide precise information to all the costumers who contact me. Also provide privates transfers websites companies to make easier the arriving from the cruises. I asume the costumers read all the details of what are they booking, like meeting point, departure time, etc. I cant do much if you contact me 30 min before your departure.

      Boat excursion was easy to find. Beautiful clean boat. Nice drinks and snacks provided. Great staff!! We had an amazing time!

      Boring, disinterested captain and staff. Snacks rubbish, choppy waters, probably the most boring boat trip ever and I love boat trips.

      Excursion très très cher 160€ pour 2 , nous n'avons navigué que 20 minutes A/R sur 3h30 Le reste du temps arrêt baignade et padle Où nous sommes restés au moins deux heures !!!!! Ok boissons et encas prévu mais je m'attendais à autre chose quand même

      Leider wurde von der Crew fast nichts mitgeteilt. Niemand sagte, dass sich durch die Wetterbedingungen das Programm geändert hat und wie, und man wurde nicht informiert, wie lange der Aufenthalt in der besuchten Bucht andauert. Leider fand kaum eine Kommunikation mit der Crew statt. Aber super war, wie sich um Seekranke Passagierin gekümmert wurde. Besten Dank dafür.
