Bad comunication

Nobody turned up at meeting place and called 35 minutes later to say that the wind had changed direction. Thats nobodys fault obviously but the way it was handled was useless. Someone shouldve at least turned up or rang us half an hour before the meeting time

Hello Carlos, as we told you on the phone later, there was a misunderstanding between one of our workers so that he would be there to communicate it to you personally. In these cases we see if we can go on the same day, but that specific day the wind was very strong, as you saw. We're sorry we didn't call you the day before, but there are days that the weather forecast is wrong by that we cancelled on the same day due to safety standards

Dive was great but instructor needs to improve

Diving experience was great but the instructor was not as friendly especially when you are a 1st time diver. My wife didn't knew swimming and lost confidence in the instructor so at the end she did not dive. I would say she made a good choice. When I went inside, I was not able to swim properly (I am a good swimmer) and the instructor did not show me how to do it. Overall I would recommend that the instructor spends some time giving practical experience before taking one for a dive. This way the diver can enjoy the dive and also can boost confidence in the people who cannot swim

Definitely worth a try! Amazing experience and really professional!! The team was extremely nice to us and cared about us. They were checking on us all the time under water and showed us the underwater world! I will never forget this experience!

War ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise. Nach einer Einweisung ging es auch ins Wasser. Wir wären ca 4 Stunden unterwegs. Team war super freundlich.
