      Efficient & timely but unsafe

      Very timely and well organized. They really don’t have a safe boat situation tho. It’s covered in such a way that any emergency would quickly become a tragedy. It’s a fast transfer but they literally pack every inch of that boat with bags piled in the aisle and piled on the bough.
