I made the reservation here to enjoy my trip without too many worries, but when I arrived at the Equipe Athos agency to collect the voucher for the tour, the team just didn't know what to do, they told me I had to go straight to the pier and there they demanded a voucher, I had to return to the agency to collect it; i.e. an unnecessary waste of time on my tour. The voucher states that I had paid R$40.00 (normal price from what I saw on the island), here I was charged R$120.00 - in my opinion, a total lack of respect with the tourist.
Fiz a reserva por aqui para aproveitar minha viagem sem muitas preocupações porém quando cheguei na agencia Equipe Athos para retirar o voucher para o passeio, a equipe simplesmente não sabia o que fazer, me disseram que eu tinha que ir direto ao pier e lá eles exigiram um voucher, tive que retornar à agencia para retirar; ou seja, uma perda de tempo desnecessária no meu passeio. O voucher ainda contava que eu havia pago R$40,00 (preço normal pelo que vi na ilha), por aqui fui cobrada R$120,00 - na minha opinião muita má fé para com o turista.

In the first place, regarding the price of the service, the values on the platforms are released in USD (American dollars) and the price in another selected currency varies according to the price of the dollar, if it goes up or down. The values in local currency of each country that you see, are completely estimates and variables.
Secondly, if there was any failure in communication, we apologize sincerely and take the opportunity to remember that our phone numbers and whatsapp appear clearly in the confirmation of your reservation precisely so that you can get in touch for any unforeseen event, if necessary. we do not receive any communication from you.
If you had contacted us we would have been very happy to help you, but we had no communication from you.

Plage à faire absolument, elle est magnifique et le chemin pour y accéder est top! Cette excursion n’est en fait que le billet du Bateau pour y aller, et le guide est simplement là pour expliquer à la compagnie de bateau que le billet est acheté sur internet.
Guide hyper sympa cela dit! :)
