Dear Mindy,
Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review about your recent experience on our Jungfraujoch-Top of Europe tour.
As we allocate our seats on a "first come, first served" basis instead of fixed allocations, your preferred seat may no longer be available when boarding the bus. In order to avoid such situations from happening again, we’ll inform our guides to reserve seats for families joining at a later departure point.
Our guests that departed in Zurich and Lucerne early in the morning have 2 hours of commentary behind them by the time they arrive in Interlaken. After a break of 45 minutes, the journey continues for 25 minutes until reaching Grindelwald Terminal, where the group takes the cable car to ascend Jungfraujoch. During this short ride, the tour guide has to provide all the necessary information about the timetable, meeting point and activities available at the top of the mountain to ensure a smooth organisation and a punctual departure. Given that our groups get mixed with other individual travellers at the cable car and train stations during both the ascent and descent, it’s crucial to provide this information beforehand to maintain the group together.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused and hope that you give us a second chance on your next visit to our beautiful country.
Kind regards,
Ambika from Best of Switzerland Tours
