Didn’t end up going on the tour. The description online listed it as a six hour tour, but in fact, it is an 8+ hour tour so we decided in the end not to go. Recommend the description be Changed to be congruent in all places where the description is listed

It doesn't include the time travelling between attraction stops. We do advertise on Viator website that this tour has a duration of 8 hours and 45 minutes. Amazing experience!

Will, the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I also appreciated the way he took ownership of the customers who had pre booked tickets for the castle visit and the Loch Ness cruise. There was a confusion at the venue but Will sorted it out. Overall very good experience.

It was an average trip around Loch Ness. The listing is pretty deceptive though. Based on the description, I was under the impression the boat cruise was included when they say, “Cruise across Loch Ness”. This is not the case. You will drive around Loch Ness, and stop at a few sites, but that is all. The boat ride, and the castle tour are extra $ when you get there.

Interesting with One Disappointment

The tour guide Mike was good. Unfortunately there was some confusion when we got to Urquhart Castle. Although we prepaid for our ticket, they wouldn't take it at the Castle. We had to go back to the bus to get the tour guide to show the people at the Castle that we had prepaid. I think the tour guide should have known this. The ride through the Highlands was especially interesting.

A must tour to have. Incredible tour around Loch Ness with fun and knowledgeable tour guide Sandy! My family and I we had the most amazing time ever despite unpleasant weather - the sights we visited were beyond our initial expectations. Such a gorgeous land of Scotland, and Loch Ness itself was very impressive to see. Incredible castle is a must to visit for anyone. Highly recommend this tour with Sandy!

A great day out at Loch Ness

The whole day was exciting and memorable. Urquhart Castle was fun to explore in a stunning location. The falls at Invermoriston and Foyer were both fascinating and picturesque. We enjoyed a nice lunch at Fort Augustus watching the boats go through the locks. The whole of Loch Ness was so beautiful. Sandy, our tour guide, was great to listen to and very interesting. We had plenty of time st each spot to appreciate the beauty and history.

Beautiful tour

This tour was excellent, it was definitely more than I expected and a great value for money. Our guide Liall Mackenzie was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged with some fascinating stories. The itinerary was much richer than described on Viator and included a combination of everything, even a little hike through snow to the top of a hill with some magnificent views of the highlands. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Stunning scenery and great locations are included in the tour. The fantastic guide (Jack) regaled with fun stories and has great information at hand on the various locations. He comfortably engaged with all of us, including a young child. The add-on attractions (Urquart Castle & the Loch Ness tour) are must-do’s. Was a day well spent in the Highlands - made us want to come back soon!

Great Tour around Loch Ness

Really great tour around Loch Ness. Boat ride was cancelled due to weather and tour company were great with communication to this fact. Pick-up location was near train station and bus station. Our driver was great fun and interactive with us. Length of tour was good.

We went on the Loch Ness & The Highlands Tour which was an excellent all day tour. The driver Alex was very informative and had a wide knowledge of the Loch, the Highlands and the Scottish history connected to the area. Stopped at various locations in order to obtain memorable photo shots. When not commenting Alex provided lovely Scottish music on the bus. Well recommended tour.

The trip was great, our tour guide Marita was extremely friendly and told a lot about the history. The only complaint I have was that the seats were uncomfortable and the leg room was lacking, Overall we were extremely satisfied with this trip,
