We are pleased to hear that Mike was a good guide, however, we understand how confused had to be that situation and we apologise for it. This is not the standard procedure we aim to provide on a day-to-day basis, and we will be sure to point out to our drivers on their trainees to ensure they are aware of the importance of accompanying our customers to the attraction entrance.
