If you are looking for a small-group guided tour of the Highlands, look no further. Alastair is an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, the van was spotless, and he is flexible. Since there were four of us traveling together, we were able to customize our tour. He found Highland Coos (cows) for us to feed since that was one of our bucket list items. We swapped out the gin distillery for a whiskey distillery. Highly, highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.

We were lucky enough to have our own tour with George and wow, what a day! He was so knowledgeable and a great story teller, we learned A LOT. Our tour started at Clava Cairns, then Culloden battlefield, a visit to the smallest distillery in Scotland where we tried the award winning gin, and final stop at Urquhart Castle. All along the way George told us stories of the area and answered our questions with such passion and insight. Would highly recommend booking a tour with GoHighlands. We had an unforgettable experience and made memories that will last a life time!

We were lucky, only my wife and I on our tour. We had George all to ourselves and took advantage of his knowledge and great humor! I cannot recommend this tour and company enough. Just take a tour and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

George was an amazing guide! Loved learning local stories that made all the sites come alive! He kept us interested and laughing the whole time. He was definitely the best guide! Highly recommend this tour! And you got to feed a hairy coo!!!! But just know it’s a full day, not just half! We were gone 9a-4p. But still, do it!!

What an incredible delightful, fun, interesting, enjoyable, enriching tour and time spent it was!! George is one hell of a skilled tour guide, driver, entertainer and Mensch. Spending a bit more but having this personalised tour in a super small group blessed me with loads of memories, stories and history. BOOK IT NOW - you won’t regret it. This tour was a great overview of the Scottish Highlands in a short period of time. Our guide Alistair was interesting, fun, and very informative. We toured the area seeing Culloden Battlefield and memorial, Standing Stones, Loch Ness, and Urquhart castle along a beautiful countryside. We wished it could continue forever! But alas, we had come from a Cruise Ship, and Alister was very responsible and delivered us there on time! What a great experience!
