Fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Our family of six enjoyed 2-3 hrs with Andrea and his cousin assistant for a delightful afternoon of great food and upping our pizza game. The class was fun and instructional and we all left with info that will make our pizza oven at home turn our much better pizzas, or at least there’s no longer an excuse. Andrea is very personable, his English is excellent and his teaching technique is both informative and entertaining. Our group of 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 young children were all captivated, which alone speaks volumes. Thank you for a relaxing and fun afternoon and for helping us celebrate our teen’s birthday in Ischia. The backyard setting was superb and it felt like we were truly a part of Andrea’s lovely family.
