DIRECTIONS TO FINDING US AT THE CRUISE SHIP PORTS When you arrive at the port in Falmouth and disembark the ship, please proceed to the information desk and ask them to direct you to the "Independent Taxi Pickup Area" on the port. When you get there, just ask for "SNL JAMAICAN TOURS". We will be waiting there so, if you are having a problem finding us, you can call us. Kindly disembark the ship as soon as it docks (within the first 15 to 20 minutes)

Our guide, she called herself our Jamaican momma was delightful, and our driver Massiv, did an excellent job as well. The falls were beautiful and super fun hiking all the way to the top. We did have a problem with our trip, however. Our guide wasn't aware of the shopping and lunch portion of the excursion, so she ended up taking us to this random shop on the side of the road and to Usain Bolt's restaurant instead. The food was still good, but the restaurant was a bit of a tourist trap, the shopping was terrible, and I was sad we didn't get to go into town and shop on the streets of Ocho Rios.

The blue hole and secret falls was beautiful. The people are friendly. The only thing g is the drive time from royal Caribbean hour and a half not thirty minutes and we only got to spend hour at the location. No time to shop after we ate.

Germaine was our driver for the day. He was very courteous and excellent company. He had a super clean van and was an excellent driver. Omar was our guide at Blue Hole. He was so good with the kids and took excellent pictures. This site was beautiful and the water was cold. You need water shoes and if not too sure about swimming get a swim vest. The shopping trip was not worth it.. you can find more shops at the port and they won't be as busy. The food was superb. Don't miss that. Photos are extra so if make sure you have money on you for it. We were glad we purchased the disk.

Our family was put at ease the moment we met our driver Lindsay. He was amazing! and knowledgeable almost every Jamaican topic. He brought us safely to the Blue Hole and hooked us up with Omarie the most amazing guide. He took care of myself, husband and two elementary aged kids like we were family. He took photos using his own phone then tagged me on Facebook. Beautiful experience! Once we left the Blue Hole we stopped for hassle free shopping. Which this is a big complaint in Jamacia. The lunch we went for was out of this world. Jamacian Jerk chicken must get along with a red stripe. Jamacia was our families favorite island mostly because of our experience with SNL tours.

This was an excellent tour! The driver was very friendly and professional. The view was beautiful. The Blue Hole was amazing! My six year old and I had the time of our lives swimming and jumping into the water.

We had a great time on this tour. Stacy was great! The 'rest stop' at discovery bay was weird and a waste of time if you ask me. The Blue Hole was awesome but wish we could have spent more time there! It was a bit hard to get back to it and if you are not in decent shape or on the younger side I would probably avoid this tour. It was beautiful and the shopping was fun. The drive there was long from the cruise port and to be honest a bit scary. Massey, the bus driver was great but the other drivers - wow - scary!! Wear your seatbelt and close your eyes!
