      Excellent experience. Everyone was very nice and explained the whole process in making the knife. The finished product was very sharp and of fine quality. Truly impressed.

      Such a fun afternoon, and came away with a beautiful Khukuri knife that I will treasure forever. They let you do as much or as little as you want, within reason, and you really feel like it is your knife. They will even personalise it for you. Definitely a great thing to do in Kathmandu. Amazing what they/you can do with an old piece of scrap metal...

      I was not able to make it into the city to support a pickup from vendor. I sled for a refund and they saiid no. Then I asked if they could pick me up where I am at (outside Kathmandu) and they didn’t respond. Since then I have received no communication from the vendor

      Dear Sir, Sorry to hear about your experience with the Knife Khukuri Making Workshop. But one thing i want to make it clear here is we got your booking in the morning for the same day activity and you didn't mentioned about your pickup place. We sent you a message here asking about your pickup place and also for efficient communication we even sent you on whatsapp at 8:36 am asking about your pickup location and we clearly mentioned you to let us know your pickup location one hour before the activity starts time which was at 1pm. But we received your reply at 3:30 pm. And we arranged everything and we had to pay for it due to which we are unable to refund If you had replied to us 1 hour prior to the activity starting time it would have been easier for us to refund. And also during the booking you also might have seen we only refund if the cancellation was made 24 hours before the activity starts. We focus more on customer satisfaction and we also offered you to reschedule for you some other day. About providing the pickup and drop, your location was 40 km far from the workshop due to which we were not able to pick you up. It took more than 3 hours on a scooter to get to your place and came back when i came to deliver your knife. But even though you were not able to attend the workshop. We are glad that we were able to make and deliver a knife to you. We hope you liked it.:) We look forward to hosting you in the future. Thank you, I. Experience Nepal Team
