Anthony was fantastic!! He was so knowledgeable and funny. His story about his family meeting at the Union Station was so touching. Great time all around. Would definitely do it again.

We seemed to go around same area several times seeing same locations at least 3 times on some of it. Not sure why.

It was not terrible but think we did not see everything we were promised as we went over same area it seemed. I remember seeing one area 3 times.

Hi Andrea. Unfortunately on occasion, we will run in to road closures on our route. Just as it did on this day, the driver had to reroute through an area to get to one part of the tour, and as the route continued, you went through that same area again for the narrated portion of the tour. You did however, see everything that was suppose to be on the tour, we just rerouted in one instance. Sometimes this happens and we try to just adjust as the circumstances arise, but luckily this is the first time it resulted in a two star review. :-(

The overall history of the 3 towns - so much history makes us want to explore the sights individually … Plan on visiting the History Museum at Union Terminal The curator we spoke with was very informative Our driver knew some highlights which he shared which was also nice Open air 2 story trolly in good weather would be a plus! To be able to see buildings fully from top

I enjoyed the trip around downtown visiting all of the local landmarks. The videos on the bus were helpful also as they told unknown stories of Cincinatti's origin and folk lore.

The tour gives rich historic information and the drive thru historic Cincy is beautiful. The guide was nice and helpful. We lost our wallet and he made sure it was returned to us. That is priceless and hard to find nowadays. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Didn’t get clear...

Didn’t get clear instructions from customer service about what would follow after our tour experience was paid for, so we went to the wrong address in Cincinati and missed our tour that cost us $98.00. It was our first experience with Viator and it was “BAD”. James & Sylvia Bighem

It was a very pleasant experience. The bus clean and comfortable. The video's were interesting and informative. Our only complaint was bus needs a clear top for seeing all the tall buildings we visited.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry if you were under the impression that we had a glass top bus. We supplied many pictures of our buses and tour to provide accurate information and expectation, very sorry that you did not see them first. We elected not to do open air buses due to the unpredictable weather here in Cincinnati. A pop up shower would be an unwelcome addition to a tour. We felt is was a neccesary trade off due to the fact that our tour is multimedia, and we could not tell her story as well if we did not have the, over 1,000 historic pictures and video to best illustrate the changes that have taken place over the last 200 years. We were however, honored to take place in your tour of our great city. It was a pleasure having you on board!
