Our Check in Location is inside the Berth 2 Visitors Center (131 Front Street) at Booth 15. All passengers/guests will meet at the Berth 2 Visitors Center for check in and disembarking.

Please meet us inside the Berth 2 Visitors center to check in 30 minutes before your tour start time. After checking in, please meet our dock rep at the "ROCK" the Bronze Statues next to the Visitors Center 15 minutes before your tour start time. Our dock rep will be holding an Eagle One logo sign. They will meet you and guide you to the boat.
What To Expect
Your afternoon on the water begins at your selected start time, right at the centrally located Ketchikan Visitors Bureau. After checking in, hop aboard your boat—a smaller, less-crowded vessel than many other whale-watching tours—and choose between indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Next, set sail into the Pacific Northwest scenery. This family-owned tour company has deep knowledge of the region’s geography and ecology; thanks to your captain and crew’s expertise, you’ll head directly to the spots where you’re most likely to see whales.
Keep your eyes peeled for migratory humpbacks, orcas, and other whale species. You may also spot bears, harbor seals, eagles, and other local wildlife, thanks in part to the provided binoculars. As you go, stay cozy with on-board hot drinks, snacks, and blankets.
Finally, return to shore. Your tour ends just a couple hours after beginning, giving you plenty of time to continue your local sightseeing.

The fact that they waited for us even thougg our cruise ship made us late spoke volumns of this family owned business. They took the time we needed to find the whales, then educated us on life in Ketchikan Alaska sealife. Kept us warm on board their boat, our tummy's fed with snacks, and hydrated. We saw humpback whales, bald eagles, Sea Lions and orcas. Amazing team!!!!

The captain and crew were great! Evan was able to feed eagles by their nest which included babies. They explained the eagles habits and how they take care of their eaglets.....We saw a whale breach and sea lions and they really knew the area of Ketchikan.

A gorgeous day, a smaller, comfortable boat & knowledgeable guides made for a great experience!
We were able to follow at a respectful distance, a big Humpback for some time. That just made the entire trip for me.

Our tour captain and deckhand were very knowledgeable and very helpful on this trip. He made every effort to make sure we saw the whales and we did. They were amazing. We got back late on our tour so they made sure we had transportation back to the ship. I would use them again if I return to Alaska

We were able to watch a humpback whale bubble feeding and it was amazing. We also saw harbor seals and eagles.

Evan and Captain Jesse were excellent guides. They were knowledgeable & entertaining! They treated each guest with respect and understanding.
We saw seals, an eagle hatchling, salmon (yes, they were jumping), and we followed along and observed the miraculous feeding of a young whale- from the spouts, dives, bubble rings, and the most impressive chowing down on all the fish.
It was a great day on the water with my niece (a Ketchikan local) & my sister.
I highly recommend this group & tour.

Captain Jesse and 1st mate Evan was great! The scenery was beautiful! He tried his best to find whales! We had a few in sight with a tail wave. But they were on the move! Bears, eagles and jumping salmon was seen! We had coffee, hot chocolate and snacks offered! Iwould recommend this excursion to everyone!

Saw orca, seals, and salmon. The captain steered us right to where a pod of orca emerged from a dive.
Bonus: This is a locally-owned family business to support. Worth every penny.

Fabulous and memorable trip. The captain and crew were knowledgeable, friendly and fun, and knew just where to take us for maximum whale viewing. We were spellbound as a humpback whale family swam, fished and played around our boat. An experience my family and I will NEVER gorget!! Thank you so much!
