      Everything about the day was great. The captain (Cassandra) and the crew were patient, helpful and enthusiastic. They quickly identified experienced vs non experienced and catered to peoples levels. They also played silly jokes on people which made the trip even better. I highly recommend this trip if you’re looking to fish in key west.

      Incredible experience! Highly recommend. Luke, Andy and Cassandra were safe, fun, and great guides! Boat is great, weather and ocean in key west can’t be beat!

      Very friendly and fun group on a great boat. I definitely recommend bringing a hand towel, food and drinks if ur planning ahead or u can buy them on the boat. We caught a ton of yellow fin and had it cooked at the restaurant next door. It was amazing!

      Great trip if it is your first fishing trip

      This was a trip taken to replace a 6 person fishing trip that was cancelled. The people running it were well prepared, personable, and worked hard the entire time. We would have loved to have gone somewhere there were bigger fish though.

      I was obliged to trive 1 hour 40 min one way, to pay for public parking (46 dollars) and then, in front of the boat, at 08:00 in the morning, they anounced that our trip is cancelled. Don'n understand why they couldn't call me in advance or send me an e-mail. Very bad organisation I would say.

      Unfortunately due to the weather system that moved in right before the trip's departure time, we were forced to cancel. While we always try to foresee weather issues and notify customer as soon as possible, sometimes we are not able to predict those issues hours in advance as was the case that day.

      Fishing was terrible. We went to a place where they couldn’t drop the anchor so had to come all the way back. While I get that fishing is seasonable we felt we spent more time moving on the boat then anything else. Staff were nice 😊

      Great staff, awesome experience. I can highly recommend these guys. Very fun activity. Explained all the different kind of fish to my 8 year old. He was so happy to get to fish.

      I cannot honestly recommend this tour. The from desk lady - Tendra was EXTREMELY rude. She told we should not have booked through Viator. Just so you know - this tour company assigns seats - they split our family up -two parents and a 5 year old - and Tendra told us it was our fault because we booked through Viator. Tendra refused to help and our choices were to wirybbecsplur up or one of would not be able to fish or fish away from the family. Honestly- this was terrible start and I cannot recommend booking with them because I would not want you to experience what we did. The crew on board were great.

      Seats are assigned automatically in our booking system and groups are always assigned seats together, however, since you made two separate bookings under different names, the system did assign you seats that were not together. After we spoke the next day, you were refunded the difference in the price since you did not use one of your fishing spots. While I understand your frustration at check in, we worked very hard to do everything we could to make the experience better once we were made aware of the problem. After speaking with you on the phone, I was under the impression that we had. However, if we have not, please do not hesitate to give me a call if you have more you like to discuss.

      Had a solidly enjoyable time on this tour. Winds were at 20+. This made it difficult for this boat to fish, multiple redirects to different areas and struggles getting the anchor to set. Still, we did eventually find a fishable spots. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly and my son enjoyed the day. Boat was pretty stable and felt safe. We caught enough keepers for lunch. We also caught a Remora, the fish at normally likes to attach itself to sharks.

      EXCELLENT FISHING CHARTER IN KEY WEST

      The Crew were competent and highly professional. I have been on many fishing charters but this one by far had the best crew with the most thorough safety briefing I have ever had. The crew were excellent and were there to help my family with our bait and fish that we caught every time. They did a great job of finding the best fishing spots and we were not disappointed. I will definitely book this again.

      Beautiful scenery and weather. The crew was professional, helpful and knowledgeable! We caught a few fish that we couldn’t keep because they were out of season. The crew cleaned fish and we got to take them home to eat.

      We had so much fun! I personally caught 13 fish. It was a beautiful day and the water was smooth. The crew were amazing and friendly, putting their own personal touches on each reaction. 10/10! Definitely would do again

      Great friendly crew. I fished off the stern but found that those catching from the sides were catching more variety of fish. Still had a wonderful time though. Would recommend this to anyone, even first timers.

      We are not experienced “anglers” so this was the perfect trip for us. The crew was awesome and everything was super easy. It was a great way to spend a half day on the water and we even caught enough fish for our lunch! Affordable and fun. I definitely recommend Fishmonster!
