Get picked up from your hotel on Koh Lanta if near the main road including Kan Tieng Bay, Klong Nin Beach, Klong Khong, Pra Ae, Klong Dao and Kow Kwang Beach. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. Pickup times per zone: • Baan Kantiang: 11:50 - 12:00 • Klong Dao Beach: 12:50 - 13:00 • Klong Khong: 12:20 - 12:30 • Klong Nin: 12:00 - 12:15 • Klong Tob Beach: 12:00 - 12:15 • Long Beach: 12:30 - 12:40 • Pra Ae Beach: 12:30 - 12:40 • Saladan Pier: 12:50 - 13:00

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Very pleasant trip. Good communication from the Ao Nang travel company - they collected us from the hotel and dropped us back on our return.

Awful experience. Bus was on time but very little guidance was given on what we needed to do. Then the boat took over an hour longer than it should have, with no communication, a missed stop and the final destination changing so the transfer at the end was longer. Again it was very confusing to get a transfer with a random guy waiting at the port.

Pick up bang on time, wonderful crossing on the ferry. Bit of a free for all to get luggage off the boat in Ao Nang but quick ride to our hotel. Great way to travel and cheap as chips.

A very good service which included hotel pickup to the ferry. The ferry was busy probably over loaded as no storage for cases the seats are very close to better for leg room and some are broken so are in reclined position. The staff however help with baggage getting on and off the ferry.

Die Buchung beinhaltete die Abholung vom Hotel mit Transfer zum Saladan Pier. Die Fähre benötigte 1h länger um zum Ao Nang Pier zu gelangen. Inkludiert und bestätigt wurde auch der Transfer von Ao Nang Pier zu unserer Unterkunft in Thab Prik (The Medal Krabi Town, Standort angegeben). Dieser Transfer wurde bestätigt per WhatsApp. Jedoch wurden wir nicht mitgenommen und es hieß dann der Transfer ist zu weit und nicht inkludiert. Ich verlange eine Erstattung des gezahlten Betrages und den Kostenersatz für das selbst zu organisierende Taxi.
