We booked this tour last minute not expecting the INCREDIBLE day we had. We were greeted warmly by Germane. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and didn't hesitate to jump in the water with us to make us feel more comfortable when snorkelling. Klein Bonaire was full therefore he brought us right away to another beautiful location not to waste time. We saw lots of fish thanks to Germanes guidance. Finally, we ended the tour at Klein Bonaire. Would highly recommend this tour! THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP SO FAR

This was an amazing tour. We had 11 people in our group, ages 5-60, & everyone had a great time. Jermaine & Michelle were awesome. Some in our group said this was their best experience ever!

Our guide shared lots of local stories and information about Bonaire. Also, we went to Klein Bonaire and that was a lot of fun as well snorkeling 😊

This was an absolute highlight of our trip!! Our captain and first mate were so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and funny! They gave a GREAT tour and we loved snorkeling in the clear blue water!

Jermaine and Jordan were awesome. They were at the port waiting when our ship arrived. They took great care of us. Klein Bonaire was amazing…do not pass up the snorkeling opportunity!!!

Boat was not safe! Stairs were slippery and needed to have non skid strips. One person fell trying to walk down stairs to exit the boat. A few of our friends fell into the water while trying to get onto the boat. Not much to see in the water. Do not waste your money!

The boat was unsafe. Surfaces were slippery. No nonskid surfaces on steps or platform. Several of our party fell into the water when trying to board the boat or on the boat itself. Dangerous and lucky that no one was seriously hurt.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to have any memorable experience with this excursion because we already had reservations in the morning on the ship for a prior engagement that finished at 9 am when I called at 9 am to let them know we were on our way down, we were told that we were notified by email the night before (at 11:58 pm, which did not go through due to lack of service on the ship) that no one would be there to get us as our trip was changed from 930 am to a 830 am pick up. Very unprofessional and upsetting as we had everything planned on the time based on our booking! Would not recommend to anyone unless you have money and time to waste. Thankfully we were able to find a local tour with Bon Siman Family Tours on the port which was very affordable and super friendly and accommodating. Thanks to them we had a beautiful trip!

We are sorry to hear that you did not had an experience with us.
On that specific date our tour started at 9AM, so we picked up everyone at 8.30AM. We always call or message our guests if there is any change.
We tried to call you and we had send you several messages before the last message that was send the night before the excursion but did not get any reaction from you.
On that morning we tried to call you again and reached you. You said that you will come down at 9.30AM because your tour was on 9.30AM. We understand but we are very sorry that we could not wait for you since all the other guests was on time and were waiting for us to leave.
You did not waste your money because on that same day we arranged a full refund for you.
