Important information about your meeting point: Hotel or apartment guests: For the meeting, please meet your guide at the reception, and if you are staying at an apartment, your driver will be at the address you provided on the booking. Your guide will arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the start of your tour to pick you up. We will notify you if there are any changes. Cruise Ship Guests: Your guide will welcome you with your first or last name on a sign in front of the cruise ship exit/entry gate where your ship is docked. Walking away from your ship, you will approach a security checkpoint gate. When you exit the gate, walk straight forward, and look straight ahead. Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the start of your tour to collect you. Please Note: If your tour starts at 08:30 Local Time, your guide will pick you up 15 minutes (08:15) before the start time of your tour. IMPORTANT: We are reminding you that ship and local times might differ. Please check it before the Tour starts time. Very IMPORTANT: If you don't see your guide with your name, please stay at the gate of your ship and do NOT walk away and look for your companion; let your guide look for you. Guests who book a private tour will not share vehicles with other guests. Our goal is for our guests to leave the Island happier than they arrived.

Great guide was the key to this tour

Rasena was an excellent guide. She drive safely and avoided pot holes, let us proceed at our own pace, and gave us a ton if information about life and sights on Bonaire. We talked about government, culture, recycling, and flamingos, turtles, and everything in between. Everything was right on time and she brought cold sodas.

Amazing information about salt production. This was a private tour and the meeting instructions were perfect. There was someone waiting for us and then introduced our driver who escorted us to a very nice (and clean) vehicle. It was a very interesting tour and we learned much about the island from our tour guide, Resine. Thank you for making this tour so enjoyable!

Over the last 13 years, I've travelled to more than 12 caribbean islands and 3 mexican cities, in which I've taken local tours to better understand the island or city history and this is the first one that was interuppted because of vehicle issues. I like to think I'm a resonable person and understand that things happen, which the tour guide or company can't control, but it was quite obvious that the vehicle shouldn't be used for conducting tours. The owner of the tour company, proved that they were more concerned with getting tourist money and not the customer experience, when they decided to reimburse me $29 of the $228 spent on the tour. I took this tour on 10/9/23 and despite the vehicle having multiple issues, we made the best of the tour. We completed the tour of the southside of the island and was just leaving the 1000 steps stop, when the vehicle stalled out on the hill. We got out of the vehicle and stood out on the side of the road for about 20 minutes in 90+ degree weather, while the tour guide Josh navigated down the hill in reverse. We were out of cell phone available zone, so he couldn't even call for help. Once we navigating to the bottom the hill, we had to detour from the rest of the northside tour and begin the trip to the Cadushy Distillery. The vehicle began overheating, ten minutes into the ride to the distillery. The driver turned the heat on in the vehicle, to try to reduce the temperature, but we evently had to pull over to the side of the road. We waited outside the vehicle for about 15 minutes, to allow the temperature to cool down. Despite being annoyed about the issues, we stayed positive and tried to provide some moral support for the guide, who was visibly distraught and embarrased that we had to deal with the issues with the vehicle. After leaving the distiliery, he took us back to the resort in his own car, in fear that we might encounter more issues with the tour vehicle. With all that being said, I felt the tour was informative, despite all of the issues encountered. I would recommend going with another company to tour the island.

Unfortunately, the new cars that need to be shipped from Europe have been delayed. We hope that they will arrive as soon as possible. Please be aware that we no longer use this van for our tours, as it is a safety issue, and now only use rental cars to guarantee the best experience for our guests. We had a great time, and Miguel was very nice and very informative about the island, He was on time and the trip was fun. The only negative was the company you rented the car we were in didn’t have working A/C. Luckily with the windows down it wasn’t too bad. The island and the tour made up for that one negative.

We had a lovely morning with our guide. We travelled around the island in a small car, which was ideal. We visited numerous sites and stopped on several occasions to take in the views and to experience the island. We loved the salt hills and the Flamingos in the National Park. What a wonderful tour.

The tour guides were late and the vehicle they provided was not suitable for a private multi-hour tour. We cancelled the tour. Viator/Trip advisor needs to do a better job screening what vehicles will be used for these private tours

What I found very sad is that you still go ahead and write a really bad review without considering how people need to work hard in a third-world country. We received you with a warm welcome and gave you all your money back without even thinking about our loss of preparation and operational cost. Here in Bonaire, we do NOT have the luxury you have in the United States. Our vehicle is safe, tested, and ensured for tour operators in Bonaire. We have many other guests on tour, and they all appriciate it very much. It's really sad to hear you write a bad review and not even say thank you for us to accept our loss and giving you a full refund. Had a couple small issues-time was changed last minute and then guide was a bit late BUT company communicated with me immediately and there was no harm done as far as our experience so not going to harp on that because the tour was AWESOME and our guide Benjamin was friendly and knowledgeable and probably hated me Bc i made him our family photographer throughout the day (but heck, moms know, we are always taking the pics and never in them) but he was completely gracious. So this tour! Worth every cent! Bonaire is beautiful! You get to see the whole island and time permitting, stop And spend time where you want to-so you’re not part of a huge group on a set schedule. Only schedule Is the amount of time you pay for.

A few issues: air conditioning was barely functioning. Very hot day & hot in van. We truly thought the transmission was going to quit from the very beginning of the tour. Too many neighborhoods…would have loved to see more of the beaches.

Thank you for your review and the time you took to write it. Bonaire is hot, very hot, sometimes too hot for the AC in the car. We want to serve our guests the best and not like a typical cruise ship tour where you go into a big bus with so many people, and you'll drive around the Island for hours without getting out. Because we make a lot of stops and take the time to talk about the history of the Island, as soon as you open the car door, the hot wind goes into the car. We can not do anything about this because it's the heat from nature. But we want to say sorry and are happy with your feedback. Our guide had a great time with you and your family.

Bonaire “Private” Tour

Our tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and gave a very good tour. But a few days before our tour, we had a request for 2 more people to join us. I responded saying we had purchased this tour as a “private” tour and preferred not. The tour guide showed up in a ratty old pickup that wasn’t very comfortable. We’re they getting back at us? I don’t know, but it seems the vehicle should have been better.
