Super great guide

Our tour guide was wonderful. She was able to give us the basics on the areas, answer questions and yet give us some time to go explore. One of my favorite things though was the lunch at the rug place. The only thing is...hold on to your wallet as they bring you into a large private room and start showing you rug after rug. Took up to much of our time.

Good experience. Guide spent a little more time on his cell phone than I would have expected but he could have been communicating with the office. Other than that very flexible and knowlwdgeable.

It was truly the “Best of Ephesus” tour and they had the best people.

Our tour guide, Zeynep Bozdag, met us at the ship (early as was recommended) and we began our tour far before the tours arrived from the cruise ships, enabling perfect photographs. Afterwards, we visited other sites, had a wonderful lunch and we back at the ship by 3:00PM, a total of 7 hours. Our guide was knowledgeable, courteous, very professional and spoke excellent English. She has to be one of their best as I cannot imagine anyone being any better.

This trip was awesome! Our guide was Mitin and he was very knowledgeable. Meryemana was so spiritual, the Ancient City of Ephesus was incredible. Had no idea it was so large and they are still excavating and finding more. Mitin took us to a place for a lunch with things we have never tried before. I believe with drinks it was 12 euros a person. We saw how rugs were made and it was very interesting, however I guess we didn’t realize it was a sales pitch. We were supposed to then go see a fashion show with leather bags. Except for that we would rate this trip 10 out of 10. We skipped the line and that is the Only way to go. Would book this trip and ask for Mitin if possible.

The whole event was perfectly organized. Our guide, Taylan, and the driver (unfortunately did not get his name) were very professional and courteous. You could have no finer tour than one with professional guide Azime Ak . Easy pick up at pier! Asime us so engaging, thoughtful, delightful, and thouroughly responsive to all my questions and suggestions for what we preferred to skip and what we desired to see first. Outstanding. Can not rave enough about her knowledge and manner. How lucky we were to book her and the driver of the very clean and spacious smooth riding vehicle. I would give Asime 10 stars if possible. Lunch was a memorable. Good choice for small plates in the countryside. Thank you!

The whole tour was exceptional. We saw everything that was written on the tour itinerary. We had a private tour which made it even more cozy and less noisy. The house of the Virgin Mary is a must see nomatter the wait time. Everything is quite close to each other. You do however need to pay for your entrances. Our tour guide was punctual and gave us time to see everything on our own. We had 6hrs in Kusadasi and it was worth it. We even had time to shop at a market for personal stuff.

The guide was very thorough on the history of Ephesus, and provided more information than we really needed. Walking on uneven surfaces takes extra effort at our ages so some of the tour was more effort than we hoped for. Seeing the mosaic shop, the taste of Turkey shop and the Turkish rug factory were educational.

Visiting the ancient city of Ephesus with Mehmet as our guide very knowledgeable was probably the best day of our cruise while visiting Turkey! Upon our our request to modify tour he fulfilled our wishes completely regarding tour and visiting a local turkish rug/weaving shop that was close by. The lunch we shared was great and gave us a taste of the local food. Very delicious and reasonably priced! Memo made sure we enjoyed ourselves and watched out for our well being. A tour that was memorable and won’t be forgotten.

Fantastic tour took 6 of us, one in a wheelchair around in Ephesus! Our guide Ismail was exceptionally knowable and new how to navigate the ruins with a wheelchair. Fun lunch with traditional foods. Well worth it.

The tour of Ephesus was truly amazing walking down the streets where ancient people walked, characters like cleopatra, the emperors of Rome, etc. seeing the library at eh ancient theater all still being used even from 2000 years ago is mind-blowing.

This was worth every penny! 8 of us had a private tour with Fateh. He was so interesting and knowledgeable. We saw all the incredible sights and Fateh took us to a local outdoor restaurant where we ate yummy local food. This was one of our favorite days on our cruise.

We had a great tour with Nergis and the driver. Our names were listed on the board as we exited the cruise terminal. We were then driven in a lovely brand new Mercedes van to Ephesus. Nergis was so knowledgeable about the area. She explained everything so well and did so with a lot of humour. We were driven to other sites in the area including the local museum. We had a fab lunch at a local carpet factory where the proceeds from lunch go towards the Turkish earthquake victims. We were back at the port in plenty of time for the ship's departure. A great tour!
