The tour started at 06:45 am at the port of Kuşadasi and the guests had to be on board at 12:00 am. Since all of our vehicles have tracking devices, we have proof that the Ephesus visit was 1 hour, 55 minutes. The guests stayed longer in Ephesus than average visits, because of photoshoots for their social media accounts. They met several friends who had not only booked Ephesus but also; the excursion to the House of Virgin Mary. During their talks , they told their friends also that they booked the Turkish bath instead.Our tour guide asked them, what else they would like to do and that she would be at their service for extra wishes. They wanted to taste baklava, turkish delight and turkish coffee. Our guide took them to a place where she offered them these free of charge and the guests thanked her for that several times. They asked her also for a visit at the leather manufacturers. During the fashion show the goods are shown with numbers to make it easier for the visitors to choose the goods they are intersted in.The guests made notes of the jackets they liked and asked the salesman there with numbers what they would like to see after the fashion show. Only the goods that they asked for, where shown them. According to the device track their stay at the turkish delight place, where they had the free tasting, was 15 minutes and their stay at the leather manufacturers was 20 minutes. Since we want none of our guests to have any bad experience during their stay, we offer them only places with high quality, which didn't seem to fit their price expectations.The guests were asked if they want to have lunch, they told the guide that they want to be back at the port instead; since they wanted to buy some souveniers. So our guide took them to the turkish bath and afterwards to the port at 11: 30 am. On the way back, they were asked several times if they had other questions or needs. They told that everything was wonderful. The drive from the turkish bath to the port took 14 minutes, during that time the guests prefered to check their social media, since they were provided with free internet by our guide. Our guide has a guiding experience of 34 years and had never any bad reviews during the time she has worked for us. The guests wrote also, that they tried to report that to the representative, they were hung up on when they asked for a refund, which makes us wonder what number they called, since I never recieved such a call.
Moreover, although a refund was made; it is not possible to interpret the fact, that this unfortunate comment was not removed,as good intentions.
