GULSAH IS AN AMAZING GUIDE!!! I booked 90 minutes before the tour started and the communication was impeccably professional!!! The transportation was 5 star too!!!

Ephesus was superb & Gulsah helped navigate around the crowds 🙏
Unlike other tours I’ve been on where they take you by sales pitch after sales pitch, we went where I was interested in going (and I bought a beautiful hand woven Turkish Rug!!!)
Upon return to the city port, she (correctly) suggested the best spot for seafood!🙏

This was a wonderful, beautiful and fun experience! Lutfi had so much knowledge about the history of the city and was willing to answer any and all questions. My partner and I felt so comfortable with him from the very beginning. Our pick up was easy at the port, the driver was great, and the Turkish Bath was a perfect ending. We experienced the Ephesus and Turkish bath tour and had a wonderful time. The historical ruins of Ephesus were fascinating and our guide Luis impressed us with his knowledge. The Turkish bath experience was a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The tour organization was excellent, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Bitter is an incredible guide!
She took us everywhere we wanted to go and shared interesting information about each site. She happily accommodated a couple if special requests we made.
She offered to take us to stops for rugs, leather, and jewelry, but when we declined, there was never any pressure.
Book this tour without hesitation or worry. They will take great care of you!

My friends and I did not like the tour guide annd most of the experience. This company was running a scam. We originally paid for a tour of Ephesus and a traditional Turkish bath. We noticed the tour guide rushed us through Ephesus (I found out after the fact from other friends that went on tour of Ephesus through another company that there was at least another hour worth more to see there that the tour guide didn’t take us to.). We were barely there and were rushed out to be taken to have our time taken up by two vendors, one selling coffee, skincare items, and food; then to another selling leather coats/handbags. Both vendors were trying to pressure us to buy things to which we didn’t want to. I noticed that the prices were much higher compared to the vendors that were near the cruise ship once returning. The vendor with the leather was the worse. They practically had us locked in their store underground trying not to tell us where the exit was pushing us to buy a jacket. When the tour guide realized we didn’t buy anything, she was very irritable. We went to the Turkish bath which was a great experience. After that, the tour guide was still irritable and mad. She didn’t want to talk to us and seemed visibly just moody. She rushed us back to the cruise ship. When we got to the ship we realized she never provided lunch which we were looking forward to trying Turkish food. We tried to report this to Viator. When the representative tried to explain to them and request a partial refund, the company hung up on him. We are extremely disappointed in the tour guides attitude and how we were treated. We also don’t appreciate that they were unprofessional to not only us but also Viator. I wouldn’t recommend this tour group. They were only interested in trying to scam people out of additional money by getting their kick backs and provide the service you pay for.

The tour started at 06:45 am at the port of Kuşadasi and the guests had to be on board at 12:00 am. Since all of our vehicles have tracking devices, we have proof that the Ephesus visit was 1 hour, 55 minutes. The guests stayed longer in Ephesus than average visits, because of photoshoots for their social media accounts. They met several friends who had not only booked Ephesus but also; the excursion to the House of Virgin Mary. During their talks , they told their friends also that they booked the Turkish bath instead.Our tour guide asked them, what else they would like to do and that she would be at their service for extra wishes. They wanted to taste baklava, turkish delight and turkish coffee. Our guide took them to a place where she offered them these free of charge and the guests thanked her for that several times. They asked her also for a visit at the leather manufacturers. During the fashion show the goods are shown with numbers to make it easier for the visitors to choose the goods they are intersted in.The guests made notes of the jackets they liked and asked the salesman there with numbers what they would like to see after the fashion show. Only the goods that they asked for, where shown them. According to the device track their stay at the turkish delight place, where they had the free tasting, was 15 minutes and their stay at the leather manufacturers was 20 minutes. Since we want none of our guests to have any bad experience during their stay, we offer them only places with high quality, which didn't seem to fit their price expectations.The guests were asked if they want to have lunch, they told the guide that they want to be back at the port instead; since they wanted to buy some souveniers. So our guide took them to the turkish bath and afterwards to the port at 11: 30 am. On the way back, they were asked several times if they had other questions or needs. They told that everything was wonderful. The drive from the turkish bath to the port took 14 minutes, during that time the guests prefered to check their social media, since they were provided with free internet by our guide. Our guide has a guiding experience of 34 years and had never any bad reviews during the time she has worked for us. The guests wrote also, that they tried to report that to the representative, they were hung up on when they asked for a refund, which makes us wonder what number they called, since I never recieved such a call.
Moreover, although a refund was made; it is not possible to interpret the fact, that this unfortunate comment was not removed,as good intentions.
