Fusun was amazing!!! Her knowledge and understanding of the area was wonderful ! Spending the day with her was like being with an old friend sooo comfortable. Before the tour I was reading the tour description and reviews. I was a bit confused ( Viator’s description was different from that of the provider) both sources maintained excellent communications . Much more so from Salman from Samyeli Tours. Understand, none of the entrance fees are paid. However, you will have a private driver and guide all day. We were 10am-5pm Also a wonderful Turkish lunch at the carpet shop. We saw so much!! When I think of the other tours from the cruise where I’m on a bus with 30-40 other people and wear head sets and am told meet the guide at a certain stop, this was sooo much better and way more reasonable in price. .

Excellent guide, very knowledgeable and took care of us. However, the large uneven stone pathways are really not suitable for scooters or wheelchairs nevertheless we did it with scooters although harrowing at times and of course there were large crowds. Quite an adventure. Lunch was fabulous as was the informative textile school. The explanation of silk worms was better than the one we had in China. Skipped the Al La carte Turkish bath and shopped on way back to ship.

Fusun was waiting for us right where we planned. She was very knowledgeable, spoke very well English and was fun! We had a wonderful day. The owner even came by and introduced himself at our lunch stop. I highly recommend this company.

We booked this excursion for our cruise stop specifically to experience a Turkish bath and man, it did not disappoint! They even opened early to accommodate our port time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Ephesus and did a full guided tour for us. The ruins were extremely impressive and without a guide, we would not have understood the magnitude of what we were experiencing.

If your interest is shopping from outlet stores, of leather jackets and or carpet this is fir you.
You would think this is cheap tour, price wise?. Please think again. The Ephesus tour entrance is NOT included. We were told 700 Turkish money per person, and another 700 Turkish to visit Virgin Mary’s house.
This one is overly exploited.
Its story of events were extracted or based from the book of Koran.

In the tour program, it says that the Ephesus entrance fee is not included. If you have not read it, it is your responsibility.
I have proven to you with documents in our WhatsApp conversation before that the Ephesus entrance fee is 13 US dollars per person and you paid 13 dollars per person. I have the documents and this money goes to the state, not my pocket. You wrote that YOU paid 700 Turkish Liras per person. THIS IS NOT TRUE WE PROVED IT TO YOU IN OUR WHATSAPP CONVERSATION
It is written in our tour program traditional turkish food and In our tours, we visit a Turkish handicrafts cooperative in order to show you our handicrafts and culture as well as the historical and natural beauties of our country. This is a enjoyable, informative and interesting experience for our guests. We highly recommend you this experience. There is no obligation to buy anything. Trust us and enjoy this beautiful experience.
Also, we have your signed paper and we keep it, we bought it from you because you have a problematic nature. You said that you wanted to buy a silk Turkish carpet for your daughter and that you wanted to go to the carpet shop.
You writing me like this I'm claustrophobic, I need to be in a front seat with my husband.
Although your tour was a private tour for up to 9 people, I sent the other 6 people with another vehicle, I made a private tour for you and your wife because you were complaining about everything just to make you happy. For the 2 people you paid, you paid me only 50 dollars for the vehicle and guide. I paid 100 dollars for the guide and 50 dollars for the vehicle per day. Even though I didn't make any money, I made a private tour for you so that you would be happy. you still weren't happy
Virgin Mary's house was not included in your tour, we made an extra hour of travel without any charge and added the Virgin Mary's house tour so that you would be happy, but no matter what we did, you were not happy.
In the last paragraph of your article, you disrespected our religious book, the Holy Quran, and committed racism. Now I understand your problem. Remember that racism is legally prohibited all over the world. I want you to know that racism is an unacceptable and sick idea worldwide.
We offered our professional service without discrimination, no matter what we did, we could not make you happy. That's how we understood that your intentions were not good.

What an amazing experience we had at Ephesus!!. We enjoyed our time at the carpet school and found it very interesting. The lunch was so delicious!! Wow ! What a great day with Ibrahim !! He was waiting for us when we walked off the ship just where he was supposed to be and was an absolutely amazing tour guide. He was a wealth of knowledge and knew how to navigate the large crowds with ease . We felt very comfortable all day with him by our side ! Definitely would recommend this tour group to others going and ask for Ibrahim- he really was the sweetest guy :). Turkish bath was quite the experience 🤪 we loved it - and opted for everything possible there 🤣 you will leave feeling amazing !

Our Ephesus tour exceeded our expectations. Our private guide, Fusun, greeted us warmly upon our exit from the cruise port. Our driver was very nice and the vehicle was a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned mini-bus. Fusun was very friendly, engaging and well informed about the history and sites at Ephesus. Her English was excellent. We also toured the Terrace houses at Ephesus and the Ephesus Museum. We were able to construct the itinerary that we wanted. Fusun navigated us deftly to avoid getting stuck behind large tour groups. She gave us many insights into life in ancient Ephesus, and also about contemporary Turkish life and culture. We were extremely pleased with our private tour and would highly recommend it to others.

Most memorable was exploring Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary. Our tour guide met us at the port on time, he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Ephesus and Turkey in general. He was very personable and patient. The lunch was pretty good also. We enjoyed the Turkish bath although it cost 77 euros and we were asked to pay via Zelle.
What i would like to forget. On the website stated entry fees for Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary were not included. (40 euro per person) However, upon entry into the van we were informed that we had to pay another 15 euros per person on top of the $90 we had already paid. He then took us to a rug store so we could see how Turkish rugs were made. But it was really to get you to make a purchase. I did and i regret it. ($550) We then went to another store (Another purchase (50 euros), and then to a leather store, I did make a purchase. (250 Euros), all in the name of killing time so that we could miss the crowds. We made three unnecessary stops in my opinion. So what started out being a tour for $90. I spent well over 1000 euros. Money i would not have spent if this was just a tour as promised.
