I rarely leave bad reviews as I'm pretty easy-going by nature. But this was pushing my boundaries a bit much.
I had booked this private tour which was 4 times more expensive than other tours just to make sure that I would have my own custom itinerary and a bilingual guide. Instead, the bilingual guide never showed up and we left 1 hours late. We then were held hostage by a non-english speaking captain that had his own agenda about where/when he wanted to take us. Some tours that were 1/4 of the price got to see 4 times the amount of beaches/islands we did. Plus the captain had us sailing super rocky waters for 2.5 hours non-stop just to end up at an ugly beach non-asked for. He then ignored us and any comments we were trying to make. The tour also ended up being 6 hours instead of the advertised 8 hours. This was a treat I was buying my girlfriend to see a variety of beautiful beaches with turquoise water and have a romantic day. It turned into a complete disaster which couldn’t be any further from the tour we purchased and the agreed discussions prior to leaving. After a complaint to Viator, the tour operator agreed to give a refund of 25%. But I feel it's a bit of an insult as the tour was not even 25% of what it was supposed to be. And honestly, it stole 1 precious day from my short vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Hello Dominique, is unbelievable the amount of lies you wrote here about us just because we didn’t let you this tour for free as you were asking us to do. The only thing that is true here is that the captain took you to a place you were not supposed to go but once you told us you didn’t want to stay there we just took you to another one. You and your girlfriend had a lot of fun, got drunk, you were smiling and laughing all of the time. And some days later you just sent a 100% refund request just because you were 10 minutes in a beach you didn’t like, we gave you a 25% refund because we think “costumer is always right” and even with that you attack us leaving this bad review full of lies, you are clearly trying to take advantage of the situation and get tours for free. I advise to any company out there to be careful with Dominique! The man likes to don’t pay for things and take advantage of any small issue to get things for free
