Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The bike tour was good but not great. The tour was only myself and my wife which made for a fun personal tour. We felt that the guide was just going through the motions and didn’t really hit the expectations we had with the price that we paid. Did I have fun yes… would I recommend for a couple on a vacation probably not.

La Jolla by e-bike

We had a great ride around La Jolla! Justin our guide was great. Justin was very knowledgeable of this beautiful area. He gave us a lot of information and some fun facts, especially about the seals and the wildlife area of La Jolla Cove. Our ride was not only along the coast, but we got to see some great homes in the surrounding neighborhoods. Great trip, we would highly recommend everyone who can ride a bike to take this tour. Thanks Justin for a great bike tour and for keeping us safe on the streets of La Jolla.

Beautiful Tour

This tour is incredible with beautiful scenery. My guide and instructor was very friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am new to riding e-bikes and he helped me to ride safely. In addition to the coastline, we toured several neighborhoods and rode along the La Jolla bike path. I would highly recommend this tour to groups and solo travelers.

The guide didn’t show up. I had to request a refund. I talked to a real person and they did respond with an affirmative to the refund. Also, offered to get me in the next day for the tour for free, but I wasn’t available. They were very accommodating. But still I wasn’t able to go on the tour as planned. 😕

Amazing tour! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to see the gems of La Jolla. We learned about history of La Jolla, got some selfies with the sea lions and were even given food/drink recommendations at the end.

Super fun tour

I was at a corporate event in Torrey Pines and the electric bike tour was one of the options. So happy I chose this activity. Super fun. The bikes were nearly brand new, in super condition, and so much fun. I had never been on an electric bike before but it was no problem. Justin and Scotty were super great guides. They were both very friendly and helpful. Lots of local knowledge. I didn't know we were going to get great trips to see sea lions and seals! Highly recommended.
