We had an excellent experience with Daylis today. She is very knowledgeable, informative and willing to answer any questions about Las Paz and Bolivia. The morning pick up from hotel and everything went smoothly and well organised. We went to the Moon Valley, then to the cable cars and walked around thr centre and Daylis explained about all the sites with great enthusiasm. We had a great day!

This is an excellent tour if you want to experience the highlights of La Paz in one day. The transportation provided is a big help since we had walking around the hilly streets of La Paz is a bit challenging for those like us who are not used to high altitiudes.. Juan is a great guide who made us feel comfortable and he speaks fluent english.

Well, what an absolute shocker, I can’t believe all the previous 5 star reviews, they must have had a very different experience to us.
The morning of the tour, we were advised that the road to Moon Valley was closed, but they would replace this with a trip to the Killi Killi viewpoint which would be ‘equally unforgettable and enriching’ ……… it was very underwhelming.
At the beginning of our tour, we were greeted by our guide (who shall remain nameless), very broken English, no real knowledge of the history of La Paz, limited interaction or communication with us, and an inability to answer the simplest of questions.
We basically had someone assisting us getting round the city via cable car initially and then by ‘taxi’.
The ‘taxi’ element of the trip was (I believe) the guides husband, or family member, and was in a 1990’s Toyota that was absolutely falling apart, bald tyres and unsafe. I know we were in Bolivia, and maybe judging things by our western standards, but the least you would expect is to feel safe and secure in all aspects of the trip. This simply was not the case.
We have been travelling for over ten months and have had tours in many countries and cities, and this was by far the worst. I would not recommend this tour or guide to anyone.

We faced unprecedented challenges due to heavy rainstorms that caused damage to some platforms and resulted in road flooding, making it impossible to access Moon Valley as planned. Despite this, we made every effort to provide an alternative itinerary, informing our tourists in advance that we would be visiting the Kili kili viewpoint and other points of interest. We understand that this deviation from the original plan may not have met your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused.
Furthermore, we sincerely apologize if the performance of our guide did not meet your standards. We prioritize delivering exceptional service and, should you feel that our guide did not live up to this expectation, we will seriously take actions and supervise if they are providing a necessary good service.

La Paz was supposed to be just a connection city for us. It ended up being the most unique and interesting city we have ever seen.
Roxana (our tour guide) was great. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. We were able to see so much during the 5 hours of the tour. Thank you Roxana for all the information and for great experience.
