Went pretty well. Just be prepared for a chaotic scene outside the airport. Took about 20 minutes to find our driver. There was good help but we needed to keep an eye on the person helping us so we didn’t get forgotten! Driver did not speak English but was very nice. Driving/being a passenger in the DM is not for the faint of heart!

Quick pick up at airport. Very heavy rain on drive. Driver was careful and safe. Took us to hotel and helped with bags.

Took an hour to pick us up, blamed it on traffic.
I had been speaking to a representative for at least 3-5 days ahead.
They had our flight information and cell phone.
Then stopped for gas
Not great at all

Driver was late. We needed to find someone outside the airport who knew how to contact him and then wait 20+ minutes for him to show up.

fixed people at the airport only to provide assistance to our clients

Very happy with our transport!! Showed up early at resort to pick up! Thank you!! We did wait 20 minutes at airport for transfer to get there but that gave us more time to get a beer.

Jaime was excellent. 45 minute ride from Punta Cana airport to La Romana resort. Great driving. Van was spacious for our luggage. Very helpful in unloading at the resort

It was awful. I was staying at a newer Hilton property and I’d read to make sure you let your driver know as they are accustomed to taking guests to the other Hiltons which are 30 min apart. The transfer company was to provide an English speaking driver, driver spoke no English, drove like a maniac, stopped randomly at a gas station and picked up money? His phone was ringing constantly, I advised multiple times where we were going, showed him the address and he still took us to the wrong place. It took us almost 2 hours to get to our hotel. I had to use my gps and guide him.
