Frederica was a great captain and tour guide. She pointed out all of the key sights around the lake and the homes of the rich and famous. She was great with us and our kids. I would highly recommend. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Anymore than 4 adults could be tight. Definitely recommend this experience

Our boat driver was superb - very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt welcome and safe throughout our trip.

I was not able to enjoy my experience since I booked it for an afternoon time and the booking was switched to a morning time. I missed the boat cruise for this reason.

Hello Cheryl, I'm sorry but you booked in the morning at 9am, I can send you the e-ticket and booking history. I contacted viator customer service and sent you an email when we didn't see you arrive. The boat was at the dock waiting for you at the time of your tour. I find it to be in really poor taste to vent your frustration by leaving a bad review, but that's it.

If I could give a 10 star I would. Our train was late and we were afraid we had missed out on the tour, however we contacted the boat and they quickly responded and accommodated us the best they could and it was wonderful. Aurora was so lovely, charming and informative. I want to bring her home to California with me (seriously Aurora anytime)!!!!!

Just being on the lake surrounded by the richness of everything Como offered is worth the price. The local knowledge and pleasantness that our skipper and guide Federica, made the experience even better. It’s so different seeing and moving across the beautiful lake almost on the water’s surface in these amazing private boats. Thank you!

A highlight of visiting Como. Frederica was delightful and so informative. She made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this boat company. See Como from the lake, you won’t be disappointed.

They tried to cancel 2 days in advance (it rained mildly to moderately the entire week, and the forecast reflected that)
Tried to move it “due to weather” but each day was equally rainy
In the end they cancelled on us despite us moving the time, and the rain was barely sprinkling by the planned time
It was a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend
I suspect they preferred to not be working

We have done everything to make sure you take the tour, trying to move it to a non-rainy time. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow it. Your suspicion is unfounded and is DEFAMATORY towards our business.
Needless to say, you were refunded instantly.

Palo picked us up in Como and from the second we got on the boat we were laughing and sharing. He made the trip personable and tried to keep us off of the rough water. It was very cold but the sun soon came out and it was a perfect day!!!
