Georgin was our guide and he was fabulous!! He picked us up from the resort and was full of knowledge aboit Costa Rica. This tour was so much fun. The views on the zipline was amazing. The waterslide was quite the adrenaline rush. The culture experience was interesting. The horseback ride was great and the horses very well trained. The mud bath wasn't quite what we expected as it was a pot of hot mud you rubbed on yourself. The hot springs were very hot as was the sauna but we definitely enjoyed it. We would highly recommend this and definitely ask for Georgin.

George, our tour guide, was a fantastic.... The zip line activities were great, horseback riding was fun, Hot spring bath was awesome !

One in a Million Tour Guide & Excursion Experience

Pablo was THE BEST tour guide I’ve ever had. He was so personable, attentive and funny and made the drive to and from the destination feel so much shorter. He is truly a gem and I’m so glad we were able to cross paths and learn so much about the history and culture of Costa Rica from him. He also took a lot of pictures so we could document all the fun we had through out the day. As for activities, the most memorable part of the experience was the water slides. It goes very fast and the plunge into the pool after the uphill journey was refreshing and made it all worth it. The only thing I wish we were able to see that we didn’t was the waterfall but unfortunately, there wasn’t really much to see because the waterfall had dried up prior to our visit. We opted out of the hike to see it since it would have been more of a small stream of water than anything else. Even still, the tons of other activities packed into the day made up for it. Pablo thank you for a wonderful experience in Costa Rica. My bf and I have not stop talking about how fun you were since we got back. Take care!

The Best Day for 1st timers and families!

Georgin Obando was our guide and he was great! He was a safe driver, gave us a great overview of Costa Rica as first timers, and had a wealth of knowledge of the activities at the adventure park. This tour is essentially a day pass to Buena Vista del Rincon Ecoadventure Park Hotel. Upon arrival, you will be guided through several activities on site. We did a 7 canopy zipline tour, a extremely fast waterslide, hanging bridges, horseback riding, a cultural presentation with snacks, and a traditional Costa Rican yummy lunch, sauna, volcanic mud mask, and hot springs spa (man made and temperature controlled) There was plenty water available on site but I would still bring your own. Towels are available on site so no need to pack your own. There are plenty bathroom facilities on site which is a parent's dream. The adventures close at 4 pm so you sometimes feel a bit rushed but the timing was decent. It makes for a long day but its worth it!!

The guide was a driver to the park where he turned us over to those working in the park. Nothing more. The park is nice, but I would recommend driving yourself to the park or rent a taxi. There was no added value from the "guide".

We are sorry for the late response, we really care about your opinion. We spoke to Georgin who was your driver-tour guide and he mentioned that he asked you how was his service and you mentioned that you were happy, also he told us that he took you to the Spa on the private SUV instead of taking you on the regular tractor ride, which is the regular way, he did that to provide better service, he also says that took pictures for you and guide you to every activity, perhaps for someone who does not know the place or area might find it a little challinging. Once again we are really sorry that you did not like the service that our coworker provided, he will be coached to pay more attention to the details. Thank you for your opinion.

We had a great time. Gustavo was an awesome tour guide and very flexible with us. It was a long day because we had to drive 1.5 hours to get to our meeting place. We didn’t eat breakfast and became a little weak because we had to climb and hike a lot for the zipline and the water slide. We didn’t get snacks and water so I would recommend brining your own. The combination of activities was fun too! The lunch was authentic and really tasty.

All the activities where great. We did this for my wife's 50th Birthday. At first, I thought it would be too much to do in one day, but it turned out to be a great time. Would definitely do it again. I do recommend. Rene was great!

This truly was the best day ever with our guide, Jose. He really made the tour better than we could have ever imagined with his knowledge, kindness, and wonderful attitude. Every part of the trip was just the perfect length. This is a gem of a tour, and this made our trip. We did 3 other tours while we were in Costa Rica during our stay and this was hands down the best and most worth it of the tours. Jose was punctual and allowed flexibility in stops based on our needs/wants. He shared his abundance of knowledge with us and we felt immersed in the culture and activities. The best part of the tour was Jose and his knowledge of the land and wildlife. We went with only adults but I could see children and adults of all ages enjoying this tour just as much! Even if you book other tours, this is 100% a must do experience if visiting for a short or a long trip!

Indeed the “Best Day Ever!” Enthusiastically recommend.

Our experience with Viator and “The Best Day Ever!” was exactly what I hoped it would be for our family (including children 11, 11, and 5 years old). Our tour guide, René, was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure our family indeed had the “best day ever.” In addition to the activities in the tour, he stopped our shuttle to observe howler monkeys, pointed our toucans, and enthusiastically shared his knowledge and love for Costa Rica. He also accompanied our 5-year-old child on the zip lines ensuring that child had “the best day ever” too. The company also accommodated us when we had a minor illness and had to switch days. The zip lines were amazing, the water slide fun, the hot springs relaxing, the sugar harvesting and pottery lessons educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend our guide and this company. So glad we chose them!

Our trip to Buena Vista was incredible!!! All the activities were so much fun, and we made a lot of memories as a family!! Our guide, Heiner Castillo, was extremely knowledgeable and fun! He even stopped on the way back to get us some local fruits! This was by far the best excursion we’ve EVER done, and…the BEST. DAY. EVER!
