    Passengers who have a hotel pick-up must be at the Hall 10 minutes before. Passengers whose hotels are out of range can go to the meeting points or request a pick-up at an additional cost.

    • The tour is a full day where we will spend 8 hours in mobility between LIMA - PARACAS - ICA - LIMA.
    • 8:30 PM Arrival in Lima (Lurin), whether you complete the service in Miraflores or San Isidro will depend on traffic congestion (1 additional hour)
    • Bring sunscreen and a windproof jacket
    • This tour is shared with other travelers, maximum 30 passengers.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    This was a last minute tour that we decided to join since our time restraints required us to be back by 10pm in Lima. The tour runs through the described stations. The guides accompanied us through the various activities, and we had a lot of fun! Definitely recommend it! Shoutout to our great guide, Jean!

    Tour was amazing. Very organized. Felt safe the entire time. Our guide explained everything in both english and spanish. Booked the hotel pick up and all communication was clear and concise. Would recommend this tour to friends and family. Worth every penny. No complaints at all. Big thank you to our guide Giancarlo!

Our policy clearly states that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and unfortunately, our reservations department does not operate on Sundays due to our day off. Therefore, the cancellation request submitted on Sunday could not be addressed in time due to these operational limitations. Furthermore, we regret the lack of communication during the meeting scheduled for the tour, since you informed the guide that you were going to make the trip and they were waiting for you for approximately 20 minutes. We strive to provide exceptional service and take our customers' feedback seriously. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.

    1. This tour is not for English-speaking tourists. The guide only speaks basic English and even though he did try to explain some things in English in the beginning, by the end, he had totally given up on the English-speaking tourists. He barely gave us any descriptions/information and didn’t even include us in the lottery at the end of the tour. At one point, we even got lost because the group was only told in Spanish, and not in English, where to meet the guide after our activity. 2. This tour is very disorganised. From the very first stop, some tourists were already late getting back to the bus so the tour kept getting delayed. The tour guide also failed to tell us the meeting time for some of the stops. There were also times where the tourists clearly were ready to leave, yet the guide was nowhere to be seen. As a result, a lot of time was wasted. 3. The bus we took barely had any air conditioning. At one point, we even had to open the windows instead because the air conditioner was not working properly. People were complaining and sweating a lot on the bus. This tour was done in January (summer time).
