I purchased transportation with this company. They took payment and also sent confirmation. Pickup location was limon, an hour drive from puerto viejo, which we paid another transportation service to drive us there for 75$. When we got to limon the pickup location didn’t exist so I called the company and they informed me they should not have ever completed and confirmed my order. Our transportation from limon to San Jose was canceled after this conversation leaving us with very minimal time to rebook transport and ended up having to take public transportation 4+ hours away. GET YOUR SHUTTLE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Booked this service based on pick up from hotel in Puerto viejo to drop off to hotel in San Jose. Day before was informed they cannot drop me off at hotel in San Jose. Instead dropped me off 11 km away. I did try to get some form of compensation to make up for additional costs incurred. However only option they were giving was cancelling and getting refund nothing else. As this is a long journey and was told last minute had to accept this. Have escalated this with Viator as I feel I shouldn't have to be paying a taxi. On service itself pretty straightforward forward there a short stop halfway through. Driver was ok on board WiFi worked.
