    Breathtaking experience

    The tour guide met us at the bus meeting place and we drove an hour to the site. We had time to grab a cup of coffee and a snack and use the bathrooms before our hike. We really enjoyed the breathtaking views of the rivers/gorges in the Caminito del Rey. The new walkway was fascinating to walk over. The only concern I had was our tour guide spoke in both French and English and her English was a little hard to understand. But we made it work. After the tour was over, there are more food/drink stands to buy something to eat/drink. There were supposed to be bathrooms but they were out of order. Our tour guide stopped at restrooms on our way back to Malaga.

    Very late bus but beautiful hike

    Laura the bus guide was friendly and alternated in 3 languages speaking about Malaga on the drive up which was impressive, Paco the driver navigated some narrow roads with ease. They were both great. However the bus was 30 min late and nobody informed anyone in the group. About 20 of us were there ready at 8:00 am when we were told to be there. No details of who to meet were given and nobody answered the contact number until past 8:00 and no exact time was given just that the bus was late. Even when the bus arrived it was partially full and about 10 people were told they needed to wait for the next bus which who knows would have shown up. I expected better communication about this. At the site we were assigned a guide based on what language we spoke, the guide was great as was the tour but you could book that separately through a vendor that provides transportation that shows up on time. We had another tour cancel on us and so booked this close to our travel dates because we ran out of time, if you have more time book elsewhere for transportation. Lastly, there is about 15/20 min walking from drop off site to the hike, bring comfy shoes, etc. bathrooms at end and beginning of hike but none inbetween, it was about 5.5km tho and was okay. Very beautiful and worth visiting Caminto del Rey though.

    Fantastic experience, guides were great, very informative and gave us plenty of time to take photos, was a very easy path to walk but don’t do it if you’re afraid of heights!

    I recommend visiting caminito del Rey, but I don't recommend this company, first of all it was advertised as a trip that included stopping off in a town called Ardales, never happened, also after Caminito del Rey another stop in another town with wine tasting also never happened.

    I highly recommend this walk, the views are stunning. Caution though - there is a fair bit of walking up slopes, and on paths with wooden slats with gaps in them so you have to be steady on your feet! The guide was excellent

    Coach pickup was very disorganised. Too many tour operators using same pickup point. Despite being placed in an English speaking group unfortunately the guide had very limited English which meant we missed out on the historic story of the Caminito del Rey location. Otherwise it is a very worthwhile trip.

    Great hike with amazing views

    Camino dem rey is worth a visit. You should not be afraid of heights though. Pickup with the Bus was a bit late- so no worries if it happens to you as well. Breakfast stop was okay, nur for me Not really necessary. At the camino you get an helmet and a guide in your language group. The hike is about 7km, but Not very steap and you take lots of breaks with stories and infos about the camino. Recommendation: sneakers, water and no lose stuff on you as it gets quite windy.

    This was a wonderful experience! This place is magical and a must see when in Malaga. The walking trails are great and anyone can do them. My exercise level is not that advanced and I was able to do it. The Views are amazing. We had a great tour guide that spoke very good English.

    Awesome, beautiful and slightly scary. Carlos is very thorough and tslks a lot. He has a great nature. I would recommend the trip to slower pedestrians, the faster ones all passed us 😆 Make sure to bring warm clothes in layers for the first 2/3 of the trip.

    The wind across the bridge made a big impression. I would not have wanted to work for the power plant.The birds and the fossils of sea creatures. It was a long way down, however it was very safe. Carlos was great and could answer our questions.

    Carlos was very informative. I loved every minute of it. Pictures don't do this place justice. It's like your stepping back into Jurassic Park waiting on a pterodacyl to fly out. Wear tennis shoes and bring water. You will stop at a place for breakfast (piece of bread and coffee) and you go back there for lunch ($11) very flavorful and good.

    The tour itself was nice. The walk was very pleasant, the guides were very informative about the Caminito Del Rey itself. There is a stop at another village for an hour which is not included in the trip itinerary on the way back, which I didn’t mind to walk around to see the place also. The meeting was the only downside of the tour. The tour was supposed to start at 8am, but the bus arrived after almost half an hour which made a lot of the people worried.
