The tour operator can provide pick-up from all over mainland Malta (Hotels in Gozo not included). If your Hotel is not on the list, please enter your preferred pick-up location manually and the tour operator will contact you to arrange pick-up from your accommodation or in some cases from the closest meeting point possible to your Hotel/accommodation. Upon receipt of your booking the tour operator will send you an e-mail confirming your exact pick-up time and pick-up location. Please note that the time shown on the website is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your Hotel (or closest meeting point).

The time shown on the website or on your ticket is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your Hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
The tour will be guided in the language you have booked, however please note that at times, depending on operational circumstances, the commentary might be provided by a multilingual guide (limited to a maximum of 2 languages).

The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits without any prior notice.
The tour in Polish will be done with either a Polish-speaking guide or with an English-speaking guide together with a native Polish host acting as a translator.
Pets, luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed during the tour.
Any personal belongings, including backpacks or rucksacks, must be carried with you at all times and may not be left unattended on the coach or bus.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Good day too long for lunch

Good tour but added some elements that were not necessary. Lunch was not great and lasted too long. Better to not include it and give time for a short cafe break of 30 minutes. No need to visit the craft village better to have longer in other places or add another visit to a historic site instead.

Tour guide was very nice. Hard to hear at times due to background noise. Sights were very good. Bus was comfortable. Lunch was excellent. Had a good time. Worth the price.

Mariasol our guide was brilliant. She gave us a running commentary of the history. Lunch was fab catered for my husbands gluten intolerance. The sights visited were good. Really enjoyed the day. Thankyou

Mdina - not enough time at the main tourist attraction

The tour was a disappointment. We were allotted a mere 25 minutes to explore Mdina, which was supposed to be the main highlight. However, the guide indulged in a lengthy talk, leaving us with barely any time to explore the place. Conversely, we had to spend more time at the cliffs, which offered nothing much to see or do. The quality of the meal provided was subpar. The vegetables were not fresh, and the pork chop was just okay. The dessert was dry and tasted like a biscuit. At the gardens, the first stop, we were given a talk. Unfortunately, there was a long queue for the restroom, and by the time we finished, it was time to return to the bus - so more time is needed at this highlight. I would have preferred to have spent more time at Mdina and the gardens and avoided the catacombs and cliffs altogether. It would have been great to have some free time to explore Rabat as well. Regrettably, many members of the group left early and returned home by taxi, and we did the same. The guide's inexperience showed, a pleasant chap he just needs more training.

Mdina and Mosta were great. Catacombs too small and underwhelming. Visits to 2 shops, glass and jewellery. Lunch was ok but school canteen like....passing plates along the table. Jo was informative but her microphone stopped working on way home.

Our guide, Anna, was very knowledgeable. We saw many useful sights so the day felt just a little bit 'rushed' - we'd like to go back one day on our own to see things in a more relaxed way. However this trip was a great introduction to what we needed to see.

I love the dome! It was gorgeous. Our guide was wonderful and easy to understand in English and German. I was accidentally put in a Polish only tour, but they fixed it quickly.

The gardens were mediocre but the Rabat and Mdina parts were the most interesting and could have been longer. The traffic was heavy and a lot of time Was spent in traffic queues which was a pity. The guide was interesting and well informed.

Good orientation tour of Malta.

I have taken this tour twice with different members of the family. Each tour was configured differently. I think the tour could be done in half a day without lunch and the visit to Dingli where it has been so windy on each of the visits that the distance travelled to get there did not justify the experience in my view.

Very interesting and eventful day! Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Best tour to take if not wanting to do it yourself. Lunch was lovely with added bonus of wine. Pickup transfer was chaotic but organized. When they say to be patient on them being late ....do so!!! There is traffic in Malta.

Sadly, there was a mixup with the pickup time so we missed the tour completely. It would be helpful if the ticket had a reminder to look for the pickup time elsewhere. And the tour company could send the reminder the day before the tour.

There was no mix up with the pick-up time. An e-mail was sent to you with all the details, and in addition, a WhatsApp message was also sent to you a day before your activity. In the additional information section of the advertisement and on your ticket, it is also specified clearly that the time on the ticket/website is the approximate start time of the tour and not your pick-up time, and to also get in touch with the provider at least a few days before your activity to confirm your pick-up time and meeting point, which you failed to do as well. Nevertheless, even if you did not get in touch with us, we took the liberty to inform you twice about your pick-up time, both via e-mail and via WhatsApp, yet you still failed to show up in time for your pick-up. So rather than coming here and venting about some “mix-up,” as you call it, you should get yourself organised and see your shortcomings, as there is no one to blame here except yourself for missing the tour.

The whole trip was very interesting & our guides & drivers very good indeed. Our lunch was a little cramped and felt a bit rushed but the food was tasty, although I disagree that you should have to pay for water if not drinking the complimentary wine?! Some people just don’t drink alcohol! We also met some lovely people.

The trip to Mdna was very interesting and the guide made it a very enjoyable experience. The trips to the glass works and filigree works were nothing more than sales pitches and didn't give the flavour of the overall crafts.
