I highly recommend Leonardo and his company! We had a very early morning arrival (3 a.m.) / airport pickup and a very late (12:30 a.m.) departure time to the airport on our return, and both times the van was waiting for us. These pickups were the only elements of our trip that I was a bit worried about, but they went flawlessly. If I could give them a 10-star review, I would. Very efficient from start to finish. Confirmed the details before arrival and departure. Great service!

Bad transfer from airport to hotel in Manaus

We expected a professional transfer service. Instead the driver was way at the back of the waiting area ( other drivers are up front with the name of who they are meeting with so it's easy to see them). I introduced myself. The driver was wearing shorts , casual shirt. He did not greet us "welcome" He saw my husband pushing the luggage cart and did not offer to help. The car is small and one luggage had to be at the front. Uber cars may have been better and even a taxi. I go through the trouble of reserving a transfer because it is usually more professional. This guy although nice looked like he just got out of the house to pick anyone up. And as soon as we got to the hotel...he picked up other passengers! Is this Uber or what . Uber and taxi may have been better. Did the operator substitute another driver? Not a good experience.

Driver was very service oriented. He returned to the hotel to deliver a small backpack that we had left in his car. He was waiting when we arrived at MAO airport on a delayed flight.

Like having a friend in town

My flight was delayed an hour, and I didn't have any way to alert the driver. He was waiting patiently when I landed, and did a great job letting me know where I could easily meet him and how to identify him. His driving was great, he gave me excellent information about the city and things to do. it made me feel like I had a friend and a resource in Manaus. Book with them to ensure your trip gets off to a great start.

A taxi or uber will cost you less than half of this transportation. We paid $40.00 our friends $20 for a taxi and the others $16 for an uber.
