Pick up times are text through the day/evening prior to the tour and vary depending on the number of stops to collect guests. Pick up is usually between 9 and 10:15 am to ensure arrival at the first venue by 10.30 am. The areas we pick up from are on our website.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This tour unfortunately fell short of expectations, especially when compared to experiences with other tour companies. Regrettably, the most memorable aspects of this tour were all negative.
The tour comprised 17 people, and the bus provided was old and noisy, lacking a microphone, forcing the driver to raise their voice to be heard. Additionally, we were instructed to wait on the side of a road with passing cars exceeding 100km/h to be collected, which felt unsafe.
As the last passengers to board the bus, my companion and I were situated at the front, unexpectedly tasked with managing the antiquated bifolding door and ensuring all passengers were aboard before departure. This responsibility seemed disproportionate for only two individuals in our group, leaving us puzzled as to why it wasn't the driver's duty.
It was evident that the tour had overshot its original booking, causing inconvenience and dissatisfaction among the venues visited. Having previously enjoyed tours with other companies in both the South West and Swan Valley regions, this experience fell short and left much to be desired.
Overall, while other tours in similar regions had been delightful, this one unfortunately failed to meet expectations, resulting in disappointment.

Hi Natalie, thanks for your review as it will assist us in becoming a better organisation.
We regularly have that many people on the bus and it has never, ever been a problem with anyone prior to you noting it.
For pickup, you were asked to wait at the entrance to Losari Retreat. This a big driveway and there was never a requirement to wait on the road side. Much safer to wait adjacent to the driveway.
I take offence to the statement that the bus was old and noisy. Whatever happened to you on the tour has slanted your vision somewhat.
Unfortunately the automatic door opener switch failed and the part needed to come from th Eastern States. Thank you so much for taking on that task. It saved the driver having to climb over from his seat to open the door. You are a trooper. Not one of the venues had a problem with the passenger numbers. I have personally spoken to each one.
I'm disappointed that you didn't enjoy your day, as all other passengers definitely enjoyed there day.
I guess we are not for everyone, and hopefully you will enjoy other tours when you come back.

This is a wine tour for a younger crowd or inexperienced wine tasters. You don’t get a ‘tour guide’ you get a driver basically. More interested in sitting in the bus and watching his Netflix. Communication between your group and venues was very poor, as a group we found ourselves sorting many things ourselves. The brewery’s disappointing.

Great day with Dan and two other couples, had some good laughs about the age gap between us and the other couples. Overall great day and brilliant wine selections. The few places we did stop was Jarvis estate, woody nook, bootleg brewery for lunch but the best was probably Gabriel chocolate after lunch. It was brilliant to go to a not so popular choice for a change. After that we made two more stops and they were both great selections. A day definitely worth the money
