    A must see
    Kimberly_S, Apr 2024
Very fun tour. I suggest bringing binoculars to view the penguins coming out of the sea. The moonlit sanctuary was enjoyable & we were able to feed the wallabies. Plenty of time at each stop & didn’t feel rushed.
Too little time at the Wildlife Sanctuary
    Beverly_G, Apr 2024
Really enjoyed being up close and personal with the Kangaroos and wallaby’s but we had such a short time the Wildlife Sanctuary. Would have liked to have skipped the Nobbies and have gotten 3 hours at the Sanctuary. The penguins were adorable- so fun to see them waddle. Since we couldn’t take photos it would have been nice to be able to purchase copies of professional photos.
    Would go again!

Perfect tour! Not too long and had enough time to see everything. Bus was comfortable and clean. Driver was lovely.

Good driver...not as much narratives we expected. Good tour...maybe spend less time in Cowes, more time at other places.

This is a great tour to see some native Australian wildlife including the amazing penguin parade. The stop at the Moonlit sanctuary can be a little bit longer since you have to wait for the penguins arrival at night. Please be respectful of local regulations to preserve wild life. If no pictures are allowed at the penguins parade, please don't stress out the penguins with the bright lights and flashes of you cell phones and cameras, just enjoy it.
It's a good tour, but it's too dark
    JOOHYUNG_L, Apr 2024
If you like penguins, I recommend you go there But I can't see penguins well because I do it at night when I parade penguins, and it's hard to take pictures and videos
    Good

Don't go in expecting to see too much of the penguin parade. It is a natural phenomenon and the penguins are cute but also small and they don't come too close to you. The moonlit sanctuary was a nice addition to the whole experience. The tour guide gives you nice explanations of the different stops on the way there.
    Decent Quick Tour
    Rosemary_R, Apr 2024
We enjoyed the wildlife sanctuary, Cowes, the Nobbies, and the penguin parade. However, our tour completely skipped the Woolamai beach stop without even mentioning a change of plans. I'm not sure how they could even have fit it into the schedule because the entire day already felt rushed. I think this tour could be so much better if it started a bit earlier in the day (we didn't leave until about 1:30pm) and gave you more time at each stop. We didn't have enough time to see all the animals at the sanctuary and we just barely managed to get dinner in Cowes before it was time to leave again, no chance to walk around and explore at all. Also worth noting, the penguin parade is a whole event that does sell out and there are way more people than penguins; You cannot take photos/videos (but people try to anyway and then get in trouble for harming the penguins)... It was great to do once, but I think once was enough. Bring a jacket - it gets quite windy.
    Great Parade but rushed Tour.
    Nicola_F, Apr 2024
The penguin parade itself was a magical experience, it is not to be missed. The moonlit sanctuary is a great stop and so is hobbies, however the advert is incorrect in saying that 45 minutes will be allocated as we only had 20 which is barely enough time to walk the area let alone stop to watch seals or penguins. We had to skip over cowes completely due to limited time and due to the penguin parade being sold us and the driver advising us to go earlier by skipping a stop so as to find a good seat - for me this means that the tour time isn't divided well, definitely needs a better schedule to be more paced and relaxed rather than rushed. John, our driver was great and handled our queries well, we appreciated him.

Barry our tour guide was very knowledgable and made the trip a memorable one. The sights along the way to Phillip Island was picturesque
    Penguin walk
    Alba_H, Mar 2024
The tour was supposed to start at 12:30, but the driver didn’t show until 1:30. It felt that we were in a rush through the tour. The driver wasn’t very clear about being on time after each stop, and some people in the tour were coming late and the driver has to rush to the next stop. Visiting the zoo and seeing the penguins was very neat. You need to work better in communicating when making changes in pick up time.
    Frustrating
    Alice_H, Mar 2024
It was very frustrating. Our tickets said 1230 our update emails said 1230 for meeting place. Apparently an email went out that I never saw that changed the time to 120 so we had to wait an hour. Not all the passengers were back on time and we had to wait and I think it should’ve been made clear that we would leave if they were not back on time. We lost an hour on the tour because we left an hour late and think we should be compensated.
    Penguine parade
    se_O, Mar 2024
Loved the Penguin parade and the Moonlit Sanctuary. The rest was a bit stressful and unorganized. Could have used more information and maybe just the one restaurant to choose.
An expensive tour that was quite disappointing
    Margaret_R, Mar 2024
Josh was knowledgeable and easy to chat to. His driving was good and we felt safe in his hands. The worst part for us was that we were so cold waiting for the penguins to emerge that it really spoilt the whole experience and we feel we should have been warned about it . The Cowes Italian was very good but we had to eat quickly to be back on the coach at the required time.
    Fab trip
    Anne_s, Mar 2024
The koalas at the sanctuary were great to see Great bus driver/guidre Andrew. Enjoyed the penguins although disappointing numbers
    Penguins steal the show
    Karen_C, Mar 2024
Watching the penguins braving their way across the beach and then seeing them all hanging out with their mates on the way back to their burrows.
Penguins fantastic but very rushed tour
    Joanne_M, Mar 2024
Whilst seeing the penguins was the absolute highlight the whole experience was very rushed. You get picked up at lunch time so it's not a whole "day" then get to spend 20 mins here and there, couldn't enjoy our dinner as had to rush back to the coach as only given 40 mins. The tour needs to leave much earlier in the day.
    Penguin parade. One of...
    Janaki_S, Mar 2024
Penguin parade. One of the best experience. Not to miss. It was so wonderful to see such tiny baby penguins coming from water in groups and walking to shore. Never can forget.
    Great Trip
