    Emily was a great guide. She greeted everyone and made us all feel comfortable and part of a group! I enjoyed the places we visited and was pleasantly stuffed when we finished! I enjoyed learning about Melbourne‘s coffee scene and eating some unusual local delicacies!

    A great way to sample the Melbourne food scene in a few hours. Our guide David was fabulous, he took us to places we would never have found on our own. Coffee! Chocolate! Wine! Emu hearts! This tour has it all. The small group size (6) was perfect and we enjoyed meeting fellow foodies. Don’t miss it!

    We arrived 5 minutes before the tour was to begin at the designated location. When we didn’t see the tour guide after a 10 minute wait, I texted her and no response. Texted again a few minutes later and no response. After waiting 25 minutes called Viator and requested refund. Tour operator replied several hours later offering a credit instead of refund which I declined. Viator was very helpful but will never book a tour with this operator again.

We understand your frustration in not being able to locate our tour guide upon arrival, despite arriving early. Our guides are usually at the meetup point ahead of time and it's unusual for guests to have trouble finding them. In this instance, our guide was indeed at the meetup point, and other guests in your group had no issues locating the guide. The group even extended some minutes to wait for you, but in consideration of the schedule, the tour had to then start. Regarding your attempt to reach out to our customer service, we regret that we were unable to assist you promptly. We do make it a point to be readily available to address any concerns our guests may have and it's disappointing that we fell short in this regard. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our communication processes to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests.
