We did not do the trip , booked in may contacted a Week before date of trip in august to request date change booked for sons birthday so unhappy re date change then trip for new date cancelled due to weather conditions offered a new date but date was day of our homecoming. refund given but feel very let down by company

We are sorry you felt disappointed but sea conditions are not under our control. We had to cancel all the boat trips we usually do from the 14th till the 17th included, so in your case no difference because both the date you have chosen has been canceled.
We also are a bit disappointed by your review because we think it's not fair to blame a company for reasons that are beyond anyone's control, such as sea conditions.
