Great architectural buildings we were shown in one of the oldest parts of Minneapolis. The back stories told by the guide for each building were dark and interesting.

The haunted ghost our was very interesting and entertaining for the family listening to stories.
Kevin did a great job as the tour guide. The tour group was interacting with each other about experiences and the history of the haunted mansions. I would highly recommend.

Interesting facts poorly delivered. Tour guide was inept at her role. She was not animated nor enticing. Someone needs to train her on how to deliver a $30 tour. You need a storyteller, not a notecard reader.

I've been on many ghost tours and was a guide myself. This was my least favorite one. Only a few stories were of actual hauntings, while the rest was all local folklore. Usually guides have creepy pictures taken by tourists, but not this one. The guide was very knowledgeable, but monotone. At first I thought she was annoyed she had to give a tour because her tone came across as uninterested, but as the night went on, I realized that this is just how she talks.
