      Английский (США) * Hello, have reserved round-trip seats for your bus from Montego Bay to the Rio Ocho Rios Hotel for April 6, 2024. Order N°1119584153, jaconnecttours operator. When we arrived, your representative said that our order was canceled and promised that the money would be returned to us. As a result, it took us 4 hours to get to the hotel instead of the promised 1.5 hours. Now we are seeking a refund.
      Do not book with this company. The took payment and did not pick up passengers
