**NOTE: If you are staying outside of Montego Bay, please arrange for your own transportation to the photoshoot location. We do not pick up outside of Montego Bay. You may also contact tour guide to discuss as well. ** Roundtrip private transportation is incorporated into price. Can accommodate up to 12 persons. Pick up will be the time you have selected for your excursion. Driver will reach out to confirm pick up time and instructions before heading out to pick you up. Pick up is for guests staying at a hotel/accommodation within the Montego Bay area only. Please download the WhatsApp phone app for your convenience to make communication easier once you're on the Island between you and the driver. *NOTE If AirBnB or hotel is not listed, please specify in special requirements sects when booking. This is important and will assist us to better serve you. IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will the photoshoot take place if it's cloudy, raining, choppy water or there is overcast. You can reschedule or, if the photoshoot is not able to be done, you will be refunded.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A beautiful experience with Sweet Sweet Jamaica Tours, you must try. Even though my appointment was for 1pm. My driver Wayne started calling me at 10am, worried about the overcast weather that day. He was more worried about how the pictures would turn out than I was. He even suggested maybe doing it the next day. Finally we decided to see what happens with the weather when we get there. The sun peaked out just in time for the guys at Kelley’s Water Sports to take great pictures of me. Wayne was genuinely attentive about how I was liking my experience. But the ultimate satisfaction was the editing of the picture by Christina with SSJT. She is amazing. 🤩

Being a solo traveler this experience was amazing. The best part was my driver Wayne who made it very safe and comfortable. He’s definitely a pleasure, the photo shoot was great too, I was nervous about the boat but everything went so well. I’m definitely booking again❤️

I had a Birthday photoshoot on 2/9/24, I was picked up by Wayne. Wayne is an amazing person he made me feel safe the whole time I was with him, he was very professional and knowledgeable & funny. He even gave me a bottle of Champagne for my birthday. The overall shoot was an amazing experience, all the men there were very nice and professional. I am shy but they helped me with poses and made feel great about myself. The women at the counter were very nice as well and patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind on which pictures I wanted. If you are looking to do a Clear Kayak photoshoot look no further and book with them, you won’t be disappointed.

Hi Jamie, sorry you couldn't get to do your photoshoot due to weather. The weather was actually a mini cyclone with gusts of 45 mile+. I'm sure you can see why it had to be cancelled as you would not have been able to do a photoshoot in the ocean with 45-mile wind gusts. Once again, we are apologizing on behalf of mother nature as we cannot control the weather. Not sure why you choose to write a 2star review when we kept in communication with you the entire time and more importantly looking out for the safety of the guest. Thank you for the review on the weather.

Bad weather…

Due to the weather we did not get to partake in the experience. Our day was 1/29 at 1pm which was on my actual birthday it rained so Wayne called and let us know due to the weather it’ll be rescheduled/refunded but he would keep in touch. We decided to reschedule so on 1/30 it also was cloudy and windy but no one reached out so that night I emailed no response so I texted Wayne and he called. He let me know that the water was choppy and he’d call me in the AM if it’s a go. On 1/31 Wayne called and let me know this day was also not possible cause the water was still choppy even though the sun was shining and the weather was in the 80s and that he’d reach out to Viator for a full refund and to be on the lookout for an email today, and my refund with in 3-5 business days. And never got the bottle of champagne he said I’ll still receive even if it was cancelled but that was a plus so I can’t really complain…

Good evening, Nicole, it's unfortunate you were not able to do the photoshoot. I know we tried to reschedule a few times but that is mother nature for you. You were refunded ASAP, and you did acknowledge that you were refunded. I'm not sure why choose to leave a bad review for the weather. If the weather was something that we can control we would make it sunny every day, but we cannot. We are having Viator look into this review to have it removed as you did not experience this excursion and it seems like you are upset with the weather not us per say. Again, sorry to hear the weather was not your friend during your stay. Regarding the bottle of Champagne was not given to you because you have been fully refunded. If you were actually picked up and taken to the location and you were not able to do the photoshoot, then we would have still given you the bottle of Champagne. Seeing that we did not even meet you, the driver was not going to drive to the all-inclusive resort to give you a bottle of Champagne. We apologize for the weather not cooperating with you on your Birthday.

I booked the clear kayak drone photoshoot with Sweet Sweet Jamaica Tours at 11:00am for one person. My driver and guide, Wayne, picked me up right on time and I was the only participant. He took me to Kelly’s Watersports, a watersports tour provider at Harmony Beach on the Hip Strip. I was handed over to them and signed in. There was a changing room available. I got in the kayak in a very shallow little cove right on the beach, not in open water. The shoot was fun and there is a guide to help you with poses and keep the kayak from floating away, although the entire shoot was only about 10-15 minutes. I wish it had been much longer. They took about 35 photos and a one-minute video. You get to see the photos right away on a laptop, where you will immediately pick out the 12 photos you want to keep. They will also ask for a song you want your video edited to. Then my driver came back and took me back to my hotel by 12:30pm, so the entire experience was 1.5 hours. It took me 4 days to receive my edited pictures back and the photos were absolutely stunning!! The quality is incredible. I would definitely recommend booking your clear kayak drone photoshoot with Sweet Sweet Jamaica Tours.

It was more difficult than it appeared online but my photo guide was very patient and helpful and professional and I was very happy with my results. The experience was def one to remember and I enjoyed it very much and if you are given the opportunity, request Wayne for your driver he is more than the best, he made our day come full circle we had fun, and felt SAFE with him.

Birthday Cayak Photoshoot

Aldwane was my phenomenal driver. He greeted me with a bottle of champagne because it was my birthday. Experience with him 10/10. The photoshoot experience was great as well. Photo turnaround time is 2-3 days I took them on the 5th and received them back the very next day which was perfect because that was my birthday. The editing could be better but I read the reviews previously so I knew what to expect so I just touched up the images on my own. Overall this was a memorable moment and worth the money. 100% reccomend.

It was my birthday !!! So the driver surprised me with a bottle of Pink champagne. We took mad photos and got to choose most to be edited . It took about 24hrs for our photos to get sent to us via email . We loved the experience! Staff was dope and very sweet . Would deff book with them again when I return !!!! 💯 P.s pictures came out dope but for some reason it wouldn’t let me upload on here

Definitely worth it me and my boyfriend did this and we were so pleased with our experience the guys there helped us with our poses and made sure we had the full experience of a kayak photo shoot. We enjoyed ourselves and shout outs to Javon who was our photographer definitely recommend him.

Could have been better

Photoshoot was booked for 11am. We arrived, checked in, and were told to wait. Saw other people doing their shoot. About 12pm we were told the drone battery was low and asked if we could call our driver back and have him take us to lunch then come back. We did, they told us to return at 2pm. Inconvenient as we had other plans for the afternoon and had to adjust, but we went with the flow. When we returned the wait was short. We did the shoot. The direction of the staff during the shoot could have been better as far as posing. We kind of felt yelled at. It’s difficult to balance with 2 people on the kayak and still try to pose and be cute. Afterward we reviewed the pictures and videos on a laptop. We were able to pick 12 pics for editing and they said they would edit the video to the song of our choice. I paid for 6 extra photos for $40, because they were good. We received it all the next morning by email. The photo “editing” is really just color adjustments and some of them I wish I just had the original to edit myself. The video was just one of the videos they took, not really an edited video of the multiple videos spliced together. I wish they could have just sent me all the pictures and videos unedited as I could have just done a better job editing them myself. Overall we gave them a 3 for lack of organization and subpar editing, but did like the photos.

My drone clear kayak photoshoot was on Wednesday 6/21/2023 at 11am. I was informed I would receive my photos/video within 48 hours and here we are nearly 4 days later and I have no photos or videos. I’ve been reaching out to the driver and the owner of Kelly’s Watersports only to hear the photographer is behind and had so many clients which delayed the editing portion. This experience has been very disappointing and the follow up process has been exhausting. At this time, I do not recommend Viator or this venue.
